Property was clean. Having an additional outdoor shower was really nice as it was spacious and clean. Owners were friendly. Location was good. Multiple air conditioners which were needed. Parking closeby which was good. We had advised about a clogged sink in the bathroom which did not get resolved although they did take care of us to make up for it. The AC's were good until a few humid days led to the AC in the bedroom dripping non-stop. Had to turn it off because of the noise of dripping in buckets. Unfortunately there was no soap (bathroom or kitchen) provided which was unfortunate after a long day of travel. Overall I would recommend staying here. With a few inconveniences that the owners are able and willing to help address.

Giuseppe was a great host, helped us with everything including finding right beaches, responded to our needs promptly and has been very respectful. Besides he runs the best restaurant in town and we experienced the very best food in the whole Italy trip in his restaurant.

Als wir in Palermo angekommen ware teilte uns der Vermieter mit, dass er die Wohnung gar nicht frei habe. Dann hat er uns eine andere Wohnung organisiert, die war jedoch deutlich kleiner und hatte weniger Komfort/Extras. Als ich dann um eine Preisreduktion anfragte, wollte er nur die Kurtaxe erlassen. Schade.

che splendida famiglia

La struttura si trova a poche centinaia di metri dal centro di S.Vito e quindi è lodevolmente estranea ai "rumori" delle serate turisitiche. L'appartamento è ben arredato, con alcuni locali da poco ristrutturati, dotato di condizionatore e ventilatori. Estremamente pulito e dotato di tutto il necessario per la casa vacanze. Il balcone è ampio e dotato di doccia esterna, tavolo, sedie, sdraio, barbecue; anche se non sempre utilizzabile a causa del sole battente in alcuni orari della giornata. Al piano terra, il ristorante/macelleria di famiglia. La gentilezza e disponibilità di tutta la famiglia e dei camerieri del locale è squisita, tanto da lasciarci un pezzetto di cuore!

L'appartamento si presenta così come viene descritto nel sito. La posizione è un po' distante dalla spiaggia (10 minuti a piedi) ma comunque sul viale principale del paese. Il proprietario, Giuseppe, sua mamma e la moglie cordialissimi e disponibilissimi. Consigliato.
