Only one way to lock the doors. Door knob was loose with no safety latch on top of door.. Did not feel safe for two single women. Roaches and ants in the room. Air conditioner in room drains inside of bathroom. Next morning we left without eating breakfast, Very disappointed. Bedroom did not look like the pictures.

Everything was great, the view was amazing, the food was delicious and the service was great. The only thing the hotel needs to do is fix the road towards the entrance.

I entered the room and the pillows smelled, the shower and toilet looked dirty. I had to leave and I’m not sure if I will get a refund. I’d not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Everything was perfect. Room service was offered every time, just that we weren't able to customize our breakfast...although Everything else was perfect. Staff from restaurant were fast and acurate & the girl from the front that was pregnant help us a lot

Great view, great service, balcony room a must. One thing : The road getting into the property is rough. Uber was not happy getting into it. Oh, and please add mimosas on the menu( nice to have in the mornings) We would defenitely recommend and would go back! Viva El salvador! Safety is on point!

The place has potential but the out door seating were not clean. The room was horrible. When we checked into our room, the sheets appeared clean but the weren’t. We found clipping of nails in one bed and another a scrunchy and hair. The towels had a weird stench as if they were already used. The floors in the room were unclean. It seems like the room was not touched in weeks to be honest. The main entrance to the hotel was not good, all of our drivers had difficulty driving in and out. Not the best place at all.

Had an amazing time in El Salvador! 🌴 We stayed at The Reef on the Water and the staff was wonderful — very attentive and quick with food and drinks. The only downside is that you can’t bring any outside food or drinks to your room, and since the bar closes at 9pm it can be a little inconvenient. Other than that, everything was perfect and I’d definitely go back!
