This property was beyond filthy… black mould on the walls- a total lack of maintenance and someone has been smoking in the house- it was so filthy we had to find another Air B&B to sleep in that night- I wish I could publish the photos I took of this place… It is not a cheap stay either where one might expect that level of disgusting

Pet friendly
This accommodation was a godsend for a family with 3 dogs and 1 cat in desperate need of accommodation for 1 night. It was stressful to go through so many listings claiming to be pet friend but then restricted to 1 small dog or no animals in the house. This place is exactly what so many pet owners are after. The house was well presented and comfortable, with a fully fenced backyard. The owners were friendly and the location is pretty special too.

Perfect location to enjoy laidback San Remo. Just a few steps away from the path to run/walk along the water. The kitchen is quite well appointed which contributed to a great holiday.

We were happy to find that the property was just as described. Coffee, tea, sugar etc. all provided.. the only negative was that there was no milk (or milk substitute) provided so a trip to the shops was necessary soon after arriving.

A nice stay, house was comfortable and the area had a nice walking track around the lake. It was nice it had a good enclosed back yard for our dog.

Pleasant location close to Lake
We enjoyed our stay at San Remo. The home was comfortable and the fully enclosed rear yard was great for our four-legged doggo. Thank you :) My only small suggestion would be to provide a coffee pod per person for each day of the stay (we were only provided with one each for the entire 4 days).

Accommodating stray cats
Clean and comfortable with fab kitchen. A bit surprising that we were asked to feed stray cats living around the property. It was sad to hear their cries in the night and we have an allergy. Perhaps check with tenants upfront rather than surprising them after payment with this requirement. No coffee and when flagged with owner told us to go to the shops. Perhaps not a good idea to list amenities that are not provided. Also many burned out light bulbs in bathroom and kitchen.

Excellent house near the lake
The house was amazing & Frances was very prompt at responding to all my queries. All 4 bedrooms were comfortable and kitchen was fully stocked with pots & pans. There is a friendly cat outside that likes to come in if the door is left opened, if you are a cat lover there’s nothing to be worried about. 2 showers & toilets were more than enough for the 7 of us. The lake walk is 5 minutes away & the nearest beach is about 15 minutes drive. Coles is a 5 minute drive and the shopping centre there has a great cafe as well. Overall great location, just over 1 hour drive from Sydney.
