Yes, noisy from constant construction
Gas leak..took 8 days to repair..I turned the gas off each night.
Bed sheets for direct south sun exposure..the small loft roasted most the time. Ac in bedroom
No wall above door in stair well, mosquitoes, construction noise and neighbour's on balconies...all day, all night
Toliet leak across bathroom floor..took 7 days to have some repair. Constant mess.

Sehr angenehm. Super Security, immer freundlich. Zentrum nah und sehr gepflegter Pool. Im ganzen komplett zu empfehlen. Schönes Appartement, alles was man braucht.
