Spacious 2nd Floor near Ocean Park Beach

Centrally located near the beach, restaurants, nightlife, coffee shops and bars, yet within a quite residential street. This unit is breeze and bright. It has a large outdoor deck, large covered deck with a washer and hanging lines to dry your towels and cloths after the beach.
Seating outside listening to the birds, while having a drink is a relaxing experience.
The unit has an automated water cistern and power generator. You do not need a car when staying in this location. We recommend walking or Uber, as they are plenty of Uber drivers around. The unit is also located about 15 minutes drive from the international airport (SJU), 5 minutes from Condado, 15 minutes from Old San Juan, 10 minutes from Isla Verde, Mall of San Juan and Plaza Las Americas if you feel like shopping. The unit is also about 10 minutes drive to El Centro De Conveciones (Convention Center) and Distrito T-Mobile (restaurants, movie theater and entertainment).

Nice Laid-Back Location

This apartment was a solid launch pad for our San Juan adventures. The lovely liad-back Ocean Park Beach is a five-minute walk. While Calle Loiza at the end of the block can look a little rough in spots, we had nothing but good experiences and great meals at the many local restaurants. If you stay on a holiday, bring ear plugs. The rental is in a neighborhood, and the neighbors seem to love entertaining and having a great time. Also, the outdoor patio is great.
