Romantic Oceanfront Private Patio Full Generator
This oceanfront loft is in the cosmopolitan neighborhood of Condado (San Juan) and is walking distance to a great variety of restaurants, bars, entertainment venues, water sports, movie theaters, and zip lines. It has the most amazing terrace, partially uncovered, so you can sunbath in style while contemplating the turquoise sea. It offers stunning water views from the inside as well as from its patio.
It has a power generator that cover the full apartment and kicks in automatically in the event of an outage. The loft was completely remodeled in 2022 with modern and tasteful decoration, functional high-end furniture and brand-new appliances including washer & dryer and a dishwasher.
It is a short walk to La Playita del Condado (the nicest beach in this trendy neighborhood) and the Condado lagoon. It is adjacent to the Caribe Hilton hotel (with fun shops and restaurants) and walking distance to Distrito T Mobile which combines the best in art, music, dining and entertainment. It is 8 min drive from Old San Juan (30 min walk) and 15 min drive from the San Juan Airport.
No need to rent a car. This place has it all.

All bookings are contingent on signing an online short-term rental agreement, completing an online check-in form, and uploading an ID. This must be done before entering the property.

Honeymoon Stay
It was a great location. Close enough to all of the areas where you youd go to have fun. Uber rides are 5 bucks La Placita San Turce and about the same to Old San Juan. Only weird part is having to pay for parking because we had a rental. The garage right next door was overpriced. $6 an hour. The one down the road withing walking distance was $10 a day which was a great deal.
