This is my second home is peaceful and very spacious two level penthouse.

- AC for bedrooms only. Living room may be requested for additional $20.00 per day.
- Fully equipped kitchen
- Dining and living room areas with ocean view and ceiling fans(3)
- Game room with pool table ,television, living area and both ocean view and rainforest view.
- Wide open terrace with view of our National Rainforest - El Yunque and the Atlantic Ocean. Perfect for an outdoor breakfast. During the day it provides a peaceful ambiance for a nice suntan and some good reading. At evening, it is the best place for dinner under the stars.

This is a review of Family Beach Penthouse at Malibu Beach Condos in Loiza. The condo itself lives up to all the superlatives in all the other reviews. It has a great location with an easy walk to the pool area and beach, just a few minutes away. The ocean is visible from the condo and it is so relaxing seeing it and watching it change colors as clouds move over the area. The beach was beautiful with a great mix of trees which provide shade as well as plenty of sunny spots. The water was beautiful, with surf ranging from gentle to churned up, depending on the day. We were able to enjoy the beach every day. The condo has a beautiful rooftop patio which we used a lot, from having morning coffee to stargazing at night. It’s beautifully landscaped with a wonderful tropical feel. Just be prepared for when the mosquitoes come out (repellant was provided) just after sunset. The owner has enclosed a portion of the roof top patio where you will find comfortable seating as well as a pool table available for use, which we did several times. The bedrooms were comfortable and each had individual air conditioning units. We did not add on the A/C unit in the main living area. While it was warm during the day, we were at the beach and pool so did not need it. There was a beautiful breeze and the weather was very cooperative while we were there.Overall, we were all very pleased with our stay and have this unit high on our list of places to return to.

Suzanne the host was very responsive and immediately responded to texts. The apartment was a great size for our family of 5. Having access to both the pool and the ocean kept the children happy and busy. The location is good for traveling to activities on the eastern part of the island and to traveling to Old Juan. Minor repairs such as a new coat of paint and new bathroom fixtures would elevate the place to a 5 star rating.

Our stay at this VRBO was fantastic! The check-in process was super easy and hassle-free. The apartment came with a fully equipped kitchen, complete with all the supplies we needed for cooking, which was a huge plus.The location is excellent — close to everything — and best of all, the beach is just a short walk away.

My family and I loved this place it was equipped with all the necessities a family would need to be on a 7 week vacation. We loved the private outdoor deck and the pools. my only critique is that the water pressure was not good and after a long day at the beach or under the sun you just want to come in n enjoy a nice bath and wash the sea water out your hair and it was just not pleasant with a tiny stream of water falling also the AC in the primary bedroom was not great room did not get comfortable until a few hours of running, n the living room AC could have been included without an extra fee but besides that we enjoyed our stay. Place is quiet and clean.

Beautiful Oceanside Apartment

Suzanne’s apartment is in an ideal location, close by San Juan yet in a secluded part of Loiza with access to miles of nearly deserted, pristine beaches on the north side and El Junque rain forest on the south side. The apartment is spacious and completely furnished with every conceivable creature comfort. There is even a spacious, furnished patio on the upper level that has a palm tree border and wonderful secluded views of the ocean and starry nights. We had a fabulous vacation in this apartment and will hopefully be able to return next year.

Wonderful home base for our vacation

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pictures were very accurate. The bedrooms provided comfortable accommodations and the common spaces were perfect for meals and family time. The view from the living room looking out on the water was perfect. We enjoyed the easy access to the beach. It was convenient to get to our activities in El Yunque and Fajardo. Wonderful place to stay!

We loved our time here! The condo was clean and well stocked with the essentials. The short walk to the beach was easy even loaded down with towels and the like. Very residential area and felt safe, my only wish it that we had gone to the local supermercado instead of going into town to shop! Suzanne was very helpful and easy to communicate with.
