Honestly I had a good time here. No complaints. The staff was lovely. So kind and sweet and helpful. Also very attentive. They were fast and efficient. The place was clean and smelled very nice. The area was spacious. The AC was great, it got cold super fast. I loved it. The location is in the heart of everything yet secluded and I liked that. The water outside is warm so you can get in even if it’s a bit nippy. My 9 year old also loved his stay.

Charming Stay with Great Amenities Casa Placita Hotel is a very cute and comfortable place to stay. It had all the facilities I needed during my visit. The apartment was very clean and spacious, which made our stay even more enjoyable. One of the biggest pluses for me was having a washer and dryer available..,such a convenient feature, especially when traveling with a group. We were a group of eight, and each room was very comfortable and well-prepared. The staff was excellent...very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is that street parking can be a bit inconvenient at times. However, the location makes up for it since we were able to walk to restaurants, pharmacies, and other nearby amenities easily. Overall, a lovely stay and a place I would definitely recommend!

4 Bedroom apartment was very clean, so comfortable, just perfect. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Casa Placita is truly a hidden gem.

This was the perfect place for our trip. We came to party, the room is right in the action! You can actually save money by drinking your own liquor/beer (in a plastic cup) from your room instead of buying outside. The room itself was marvelous, spacious and very comfortable. It was well decorated with a full size fridge, stove, and washer and dryer. The staff is helpful and courteous. Outside noise might be a concern for some but it didn't bother us much as it wasn't loud inside the room. Plan to pay for parking and walk about a block from the parking to the hotel, a parking ticket in this area averages $200. It is a very walkable area, very urban, with all the positives and negatives that comes with that. I highly recommend this hotel, and I'll definitely come back.

Clean new renovated rooms. Good security. Bed was a little firm for me, and there is an active outdoor music bar just down the street. Apartment is well insulated, though, so did not keep us awake, and wrapped up by 11pm. I would stay here again.
