Welcome to Viva La Beach, your laid-back coastal escape just steps from the beach and pool. This 3-bedroom penthouse features A/C in every room, Smart TVs, fast Wi-Fi, and a rooftop terrace perfect for soaking up the sun or stargazing at night. Whether you're playing games with the kids, working remotely, or kicking back with a coffee and ocean breeze, this family-friendly getaway is designed for relaxing, recharging, and making lasting memories.
The space
This spacious two-story condo is thoughtfully designed for comfort and connection. The main living area features an open layout filled with natural light and cozy seating, perfect for relaxing after a beach day. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need — cookware, dinnerware, utensils, an air fryer, toaster oven, and Keurig coffee maker — whether you're whipping up breakfast or enjoying a home-cooked dinner.

Each of the three bedrooms is air-conditioned and features its own Smart TV:

Second bedroom: Queen bed
Third bedroom: Full bed

The living room also has a Smart TV, and the entire apartment is covered by high-speed Wi-Fi. There’s also a dedicated workstation, making Viva La Beach a great option for remote work or extended stays.

Take the spiral staircase up to your private rooftop terrace, where you'll find lounge chairs, outdoor dining, and a peaceful setting to enjoy the fresh air and tropical breeze. Viva La Beach is located in a quiet, residential, gated beachfront community. If you're looking for bars, restaurants, or nightlife within walking distance, this may not be the best fit.

A rental car is strongly recommended for getting around and exploring the area.

Mosquito repellent is recommended when spending time outdoors.

Check in was great and easy. Very detailed instructions prior to arrival. The property was exactly what we were looking for. We did not want to stay in the tourist traps, we wanted to be close to local living and culture. I traveled with my wife and 3 kids .... 19,16 and 3. Perfect experience for all ages. Private gated complex right smack in the middle of a very busy local area. Private section of beach that was great and two pools for those relaxed days. Safe in and out with a short drive to great food and attractions. Host left a manual with all the details needed for a great stay. We plan on going back at least once per year and plan on staying here again. A

We were traveling for both a vacation and funeral in PR. Booking our 5ni stay was easy. Joel was very pleasant & prompt with communication. Prior to check-in, Joel provided a handbook with everything we needed to know. The only issue we had was the lock was a little finicky. This property is a gated community with security that were present, visible, friendly, and helpful. We traversed the entire island, and found the food most everywhere was lacking. The best food we had was at a restaurant at a waterfall named Gozalandia in San Sebastián, seriously amazing food. We enjoyed ending our days exhausted “at home” in the condo. The only thing missing was a couple of hammocks. We would definitely return for a longer stay and to spend some relaxing time at the beach and in the beautiful rooftop area, since we only got to spend the afternoon on the beach and an hour or so on the rooftop. Overall this place is exactly as described. Thank you Joel.

Home away from home

We stayed at the condos for 5 days. Communication with Joel was amazing. There was absolutely no issue with the check in/out process. He provided a handbook with everything we needed to know about the area, local attractions, food etc. It was in a gated community with security that were always visible and present. We felt at home. The ONLY reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was because the kitchen lacked some basic things or what I would consider useful like a sheet tray or alumimun foil. The filtered water/ice from the fridge didnt work. The dart board on the rooftop was missing almost all the pieces to play. There were no games that were shown in the pictures so you would have to get your own. Closest actual store was Walmart about 15 minutes away. Local stores didn't offer much. We lost power a few times each lasting about an hour or so (this frequently happens in PR) lastly was the lack of authentic food around. We tried multiple places as recommended even the stand up huts and the food fell flat. Overall we would definitely return. Pool is 50 steps away and the beach is a 2 min walk. Security is very strict with enforcing pool hours so beware if you are an early riser or late night owl.
