Alice and Davis were gracious hosts! They will make your stay very enjoyable. Their condo was exactly as described. It was spacious and nicely updated with beautiful views of the Caribbean from the deck. We enjoyed the pool and the beach and short walks to many dining options. We would definitely stay here again!

We had trouble with the TV and ran out of toilet paper. The host were right there to assist. Only wish they would have provided a beach chair for the third person in our party. We had to pay extra when we added my son. But overall it was a great stay. Jeanna

My husband and I came here for our honeymoon. It was a wonderful stay with great views. The check in process was very easy. Alice, the property manager would answer me within seconds on any questions I had. I would definitely recommend renting this condo. It was in a great location also. We were walking distance to restaurants, stores and the beach.

Exactly what we needed

My husband and I just returned home from our stay and we are so grateful we found this spot!Located in the Isla Verde neighborhood in PR, this is a high rise apartment/condo situation right on the beach. Alice and Davis have recently renovated their one bedroom spot and it is excellent. Aside from the excellent location and direct access to the beach, the property in general is well maintained, very secure, and has lots to offer. The apartment is VERY clean, which is the most important part of finding a good place to stay. Something really important to me is good lighting in the bathroom, especially over the tub/shower and this was there for me! There were plenty of towels for the amount of time we were there. We really appreciated the beach supplies included with the apartment, and were so grateful to find a cooler! The kitchen was fully equipped and we used it daily for breakfast and ate outside on the balcony. What a great view too!If/when we find ourselves back in PR, we will definitely look this place up and recommend to family or friends. Thank you for hosting us!

We loved the location and the staff was great with accommodating one extra person last minute. They were very understanding and helpful! Location is within walking distance to everything. I took one start off because the neighbor upstairs was being noisy when we were outside talking, they were right at their window looking. But other than that it was very nice.

Power Outage

Unfortunately their was a huge power outage on the island and this property had no power at the time I had to check in. Not the owners fault and she helped getting me back my refund because VRBO does hassle you on trying to get your money back even with me telling them their is no power on that side of the island. Otherwise the property was as advertised. The room is quite large with a fairly large balcony. Full kitchen and fairly easy getting in and out. So as the review for the room to me is a A for the price.

A nice place with private beach access. It is very comfortable and mostly described accurately. A few things to note: there is not a hot tub as mentioned in the description and regardless of the length of your stay, you get four towels. I was there for a week and expressed to Alice my need for more. Upon arrival, Davis and Alice did accommodate me. And they accommodated my early check-in request that was agreed to before hand.

Great host, great location, reasonably priced Lots of rules but it’s for the residents and your safety This is nothing to do with the property or the owners but please either bring the beach chairs that are provided or rent chairs The sand fleas will eat you up

Great choice
