Room was in fair condition. Sofa bed was unusable. Breakfast options were severely limited. Staff could not communicate in English and my Spanish is not good, so that was difficult. Front desk staff were very helpful. Location is great re: airport and shopping, but there are better options nearby. Will not stay here again.

The room was okay, the shower was terrible, toilet seat hard and uncomfortable. The elevator was very sketchy and the buttons worked sometimes. You have to pay for parking!! Continental breakfast was slow because they only had one lady that was taking orders & serving, so it was super slow to get your food so I left. I will be more careful when we book a room next time.

My room had no shampoo, bodywash, and soap. Luckily I had showered beforehand but the hand soap is inexcusable considering they come in packaged bars. The room directly above me was noisy beyond all reason. It sounded like they only knew how to stomp their feet. They kept getting up meandering around their room and I could hear the whole thing. It was annoying. Sonesta is usually pretty good but this was a hard fail. Do better, not worth the price this time around.

It was a very clean nice hotel with comfortable beds and wonderful smelling shampoo that didn’t dry out my hair like the other cheap ones at hotels. Downside, my car got broken into and this hotel doesn’t have cameras BUT they did comp my parking for the whole trip so I didn’t have to pay for that.
