Such an amazing hotel! The variety of pools and natural springs are so fun. Clean and spacious rooms. The breakfast buffet is awesome! We saw so much wildlife right on the property- coati, toucan, lizards and frogs.

The staff was so kind, the rooms were so nice and spacious. The food was great and even though the resort was booked up it really felt very exclusive and like no one was there.

Baldi is an amazing and one of a kind hotel! The new rooms in the back of the hot springs are huge and beautiful. There’s no other place in the world like their multi-level volcanic hot springs. They are a must see while in Arenal. The spa is incredible as well!
