About this property
New three bedroom front line with impressive sea views
This modern and new three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment is located on the first line of the Mar Menor, in the Playa Príncipe Development, and has privileged views.
At the entrance, we find a distributor with a large built-in wardrobe, the first room we come across is the main bedroom, with a double bed, very spacious and bright, as it has 4 windows and its own bathroom with a shower. Next, we find the kitchen, completely independent and fully equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic hob, Nespresso capsule coffee machine, oven, microwave, and a gallery with a washing machine.
The last door of the distributor gives access to a huge, very bright hall, with a dining area set up for 6, and another chaise-long sofa area with Smart TV, which gives access to a large terrace with direct views of the Mar Menor, perfect for enjoying meals/dinners or simply relaxing. From the living-dining room, there is a small corridor that leads to a spacious bedroom with a double bed, a family bathroom with a bathtub, and a third bedroom with two single beds.
The entire apartment has underfloor heating, and both the living room and bedrooms have air conditioning units. It also has WiFi connection.
Playa Príncipe is one of the most valued developments in La Manga, both for its location and the quality of its buildings, and it has a swimming pool located on the first line of the Mediterranean that is normally open from May to October. Dates 2024 from May to 15 October.
It is a step away from the Tomás Maestre Port, where there are numerous restaurants, bars, shops and a large supermarket (Supercor) next to which a local market takes place on Saturday mornings.
Moreover, less than 5 minutes' walk from the building, there is a sports centre with tennis, padel and five-a-side football courts, as well as very comprehensive indoor facilities, such as a large gym with sea views, where anyone can purchase a pass for using the courts and attending the different classes offered, such as Zumba, Pilates, Strength Training...

Perfect apartment with view over Mar Menor
Beautiful apartment with all mod cons, on the beach. Only down side was that the pool was closed, but at this time of year we pretty much expected it. Thanks to all at the Spanish connection - very helpful.

Location excellent if you want a beach and sea holiday! Apartment accommodation very spacious.
Found the apartment spacious with lovely size rooms and magnificent sea view from the balcony. Lovely and clean too. Comfortable beds, however more pillows and hangers needed. More kitchen utensils needed and cutlery (as there were only steak knives). Mugs as well as cups would have been welcomed. There was an ironing board but unusable as no cover. No slip mat in bath - needed for elderly. It would have been good to have had a couple of games/cards handy. Also Welcome Information pack would have been very helpful to us showing emergency numbers and places of interest. The complex was well looked after and swimming pool superb! Only a 3 minute walk to a beautiful beach and warm sea. However, it would have also been good to have had a couple of fold up beach chairs for the beach. I’m glad we had a car as cafe/restaurants were a good walking distance away. Apart from the few suggested improvements all of us had a fab holiday at the apartment.

Ferieleiligheten for sol og bading hadde ikke solstoler. Ikke god sitteplass for 6. Bare sofa for 3 personer. Bassenger var stengt??. Det fikk vite da vi kom. Wi-fi passord ble feilinformert så vi var uten internett i 3 dager. Hadde vi visst dette ville vi ikke valgt dette firma/ leiligheten. I tillegg var det ikke særlig rent. Men vi vasket selv.
