Located in the historic center of San Giovanni la Punta. Through the nearby motorway junctions it is possible to reach the center of Catania in a few minutes, Etna in 35 minutes and Taormina in 45 minutes. Fully furnished consisting of a sleeping area with double bed, a living area with a double sofa bed, a small kitchen, a laundry room, a bathroom with shower, and a lovely terraced garden.
Nothing suggests the discreet presence of a green space outside the house. The garden, partly paved to increase its usability, refers to the Arab cultural tradition which sees the garden in a closed and protected space where the presence of water has a strong symbolic connotation.
Some boundary walls of the external area are made dry, according to the Etna tradition, with unquared lava stone ashlars.
Other things to keep in mind
Home and Garden is a convenient Tourist Rental so upon arrival the guest will find clean sheets and towels, but they will not be replaced or washed until after the end of the rental, in order to make them available clean for the next rental. Energy class E
