This is a supreme North Beach-Telegraph Hill location with a rare private garden, deck and expansive views over downtown SF and Chinatown, The unit has it's own private deck as well as the garden below. It is a cozy 1-bedroom located in the heart of the North Beach-Telegraph Hill neighborhood. It is walking distance to Cafe Trieste, Coit Tower, all the restaurants, bars and cafes in North Beach. 3 blocks from the entrance to Chinatown. Both the Ferry Building and Fisherman's Wharf are within 15 minutes walk.
The kitchen is well equipped for cooking at home. There is a sizeable bathroom with shower and bath. The unit has cable TV, internet and wi-fi. There are no parking or laundry for the unit. Laundry is 3 blocks away. Everything is walking distance from the unit, food, stores, bus etc etc. Super location and atmosphere. No parking at the building but plenty of parking nearby.

The location is amazing. The property is quiet and perfect for us. Walk one way and you’re in North Beach, another way and Embarcadero, another way and Chinatown…we were in heaven. We love SF and can’t say enough to describe how much we enjoyed our stay.

My nephew’s stay at Matt's apartment exceeded any expectations we had when booking it. His stay exemplifies the perfect experience one would expect from a VRBO stay. Matt was regularly communicative and available for any needs, which included being able to take care of things within an hours notice if support was needed. He kept the apartment really clean, with extra linens and household items, everything my nephew needed was on hand. The location was perfect and really made it easy for my nephew to get around the city. We would absolutely recommend staying with Matt and would do so again without hesitation. Thanks Matt for taking such good care of my boy.

SF spirit

Matt’s house was a lovely place to stay for discovering SF. Is central, close to many PIERS, next to little Italy, the iconic Coit Tower, and one of the most famous streets in the city. Matt is very easy going and responsive. The house have all the necessary for having a comfortable stay and he preserves amazing key moments in history of SF in his walls. Plus you have an amazing view of the city from a little beautiful garden where you can enjoy every now and then some breakfast. It really felt like home and we highly recommend.
