Very clean property, the staff was very helpful and welcoming. The room was missing a steamer/ iron but that doesn’t make or break anything. The property is next to a train line so it’s a touch noisy but overall great experience and would stay there again

I arrived on a rainy Christmas Eve after a long 7-hour drive and was greeted with the warmest smile, a complimentary upgrade, late checkout, a welcome bag, and personal escort to the elevator — all offered proactively and with genuine care.
