We needed an extra blanket around midnight. There were two men on staff at the front desk. Instead of one of them bringing up a blanket, they told me I had to come down to the desk to get it myself.

Room 209 that we stayed in was terrible because of the lack of curtains to hide the light coming in directly from the front of the hotel......it was literally daylight the whole night making it nearly impossible to sleep...curtains that block our light are a must in hotel rooms.:/

Shining Example Of Great Customer Service.

Pros: Very convenient to the airport and easy access to the city.
Location: Close to the airport, the mall and restaurant.
We recently stayed at Quality Inn and Suites. The hotel was very clean, everyone was very knowledgeable and helpful. Jamesh was a stand-out from the first phone call. His attention to detail made everything great from planning the day to choosing restaurants. Maria was always ready to help with anything. Our stay was unexpectedly extended due to medical reasons. The management and staff were absolutely wonderful! We were cared for just like family! The managers juggled rooms so we didn't have to walk too far after my daughters surgery. And, when she wasn't feeling well, even delivered breakfast to her. The maids made sure everything was spotless and fresh every day. Everyone was so wonderful. Their kindness was so appreciated and will always be remembered. We can't wait to go back and visit again!

Nice hotel, close to airport.

Cons: It was a very pleasant hotel, no changes needed
Location: Thr location was perfect for us, close to th airport and not too far from San Francisco State University.
Free taxi service to and from airport. Staff was very pleasant, especially Maria at the front desk. She had our transportion ready and on time to get us to SFSU. The free breakfast was good .

Avoid this one!-- If I had only known before!

I am a seasoned older traveller, and have been all over the world. I have stayed at hundreds of hotels and motels during my life. I wish I could say something good about this hotel, but it's hard (OK, the bed was fine), due to the poor treatment I received there. This is why I won't stay there again.... First, the check-in person was rude to me when I entered. He treated me like a prisoner, rather than a guest. He acted like a guard, issuing orders and demands, rather than being courteous and respectful. The room was very noisy and also dirty. There was, someone's hair on the floor and someone's cold coffee in the coffeemaker. I couldn't sleep all night due to the street traffic and went to my business meeting very tired the next day! I complained about this, but was threatened by a different staff member with police action, which was absurd. She really needs to go to a customer service course, or get out of the hotel business entirely, if this is her version of correct customer service. Overall, I believe the staff members were rude, aggressive and abusive. I went with expectations of a good night's sleep, quiet relaxation and renewal for the coming day, and was deeply a disappointed. I will never stay here again, for any reason. I will stay...anywhere else.
