The shuttle system from the airport is one of the worst that I have ever seen. Besides being very confusing, the drivers are totally useless when it comes to providing help with the confusion between various Holiday locations. The worst experience I have ever gone through. I would avoid using Holiday on this basis alone.

The clerk at front desk, he had me waiting for parking permit, as parking permit for my wife. Had me back and forward counting parking spaces to get parking permit.after waiting for almost two hours he come to tell me that there is a charge for parking. Never mentioned when check in. I would've pay the parking permit there and then and would've been in myroomwithmy wife
