Best Vacation Home

We come to Mission Beach very often (5+ times a year) and have stayed in many rentals. This was by far our favorite, the thoughtful decor, easy communication with the owners, glassware and cookware variety, and even comfort of the beds. All 5/5! I cannot wait to come back to this place.

Exceeded Expectations

We had a wonderful stay! The view and accommodations were perfect. It is truly right on the beach! We enjoyed watching the gorgeous sunsets and sitting right on the beach front patio to enjoy the sunshine.

Amazing place

Staying here provided just the relaxation we were looking for...we stayed here with family and we felt right at home. The accommodations were perfect , the view was spectacular and the location couldn't be beat. It's located very close to Belmont Park so you can easily walk everywhere. We felt very safe and we would definitely want to spend time here again. You won't be dissapointed.

Fantastic Place

The only reason this property and experience with Drift did not exceed my expectations is due to the fact that we have stayed with Drift and at this property before and knew exactly what to expect which was perfection. Great location, great layout inside the home and the best outdoor area on Mission Beach. Drift is local and are a great group of people to work with and they only offer premium properties.

Perfect Family Friendly Vacation Rental

We loved our stay here! The house is beautifully decorated and has a wonderful location. This is a perfect family friendly vacation rental. Our young kids loved staying here and felt right at home. There was plenty of space for our family of five. We enjoyed the ease of being steps from the beach and utilized the beach chairs and toys which were greatly appreciated. The views are incredible and this location has great walk-ability to coffee shops and Belmont Park. Parking is tight and we were unable to fit our Suburban in the parking space. We appreciated Drift Rental Homes providing parking details so we could easily find street or lot parking. We highly recommend this vacation rental!

Great Stay

We loved our time spent at this property. We were a group of 4 adults and 2 kids. We loved the views of the ocean and walks along the water front. Volleyball courts nearby as well as city basketball courts. Easy access to other areas of San Diego and restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect Vacation

Absolutely perfect vacation, location, amenities, etc. The kitchen is stocked with anything you might need and the house is beautiful. Patio is beyond amazing! Couldn’t of asked for a better stay!

Even better the second time

We have now stayed here twice in the past two years and absolutely LOVE this property. The owners have thought of everything. Views and access to the beach are amazing. The walk to Belmont Park is very easy and there are plenty of delicious restaurants nearby. Definitely recommend this home.

Property was perfect,just as advertised. Great location, great amenities, great layout. Absolutely exactly was needed for a perfect vacation. Would rent this property again in a heartbeat.

Ideal Long Weekend Getaway

Beautiful place right on South Mission Beach. Easy walk to coffee, a couple of restaurants and a market. Rest of all San Diego has to offer a pretty easy drive away. Is first floor, right on boardwalk in highly populated area, but noise/privacy not an issue with that in mind. Great selection of beach gear available for use. Property manager was easy to communicate with, although we really didn’t have much need during our stay. Would highly recommend the property!

Stunning

This rental was more than we could have expected. Beautiful decorated inside and stunning views of the pacific. Loved watching sunsets and lots of volleyball action on the beach. Great location.

Great unit right on the beach!

We have used 710br.com before and love the service! The staff did a great job of communicating arrival/departure information and made themselves available as a resource if needed. The Brighton unit is fantastic and right on the beach. The place is so well done and is very comfortable. The outdoor area is a great place to relax and watch the waves. The unit was clean and ready when we arrived. We will continue to book this unit and other 710 units as well. Great job! 10 stars!!!

Brighton Beach House Stay

This is our first time stay at this property (Grandma, Grandpa, Son, Daughter-in-Law, 2 grandsons) and we had a fantastic time. The unit is situated right on the boardwalk with nice views of the beach. The outside area was large with plenty of room for our grandsons to play. We easily fit our two small SUV's (CRV and RAV4) in the tandem parking area. The entire inside area was very clean and the property well maintained. Amenities included were as advertised (towels, kitchen items, nice beach chairs, umbrella, boogie board, beach toys etc). The kitchen appliances were top notch. The second night was a little noisy due to a college sorority party next door, but did not impact our ability to have a great time. Each room had a large color TV which was really nice. We have stayed at plenty of Mission Beach units and would say this is one of our favorites. We will definitely be back again!

Amazing vacation!

The property was perfect in every respect and the owners and property management company truly thought of everything. Walking right out to the beach made a beach visit so much simpler with young kids. The outdoor furniture made enjoying the view and ambience amazing. The inside of the condo was immaculate and everything we needed was there, from the kitchen to the family room. We loved our vacation and definitely will return!
