The views at this at this unit are priceless.... All plumbing, appliances, furniture, bedding, patio(s) furniture is in good condition to excellent. Definitely would recommend and will stay again!!!!!!

Spring Break

Great house and wonderful location for Belmont park and Sea World. We did have an electrical issue the final two nights (assuming caused by the crazy wind storm that was happening the first part of our stay) so while that knocks one star on overall stay, the host was very quick to respond and the house was clean. We loved the location! Would definitely come back!

Best view and access to the beach

Overall the best beach front we've stayed in. We like to cook so the kitchen / dining area is a little cramped but the sliding glass walls and decks were great.

Perfect Spot!

Absolutely loved our stay here! Everything was exactly as described. Such a perfect, beautiful spot on the beach! The upstairs patio to layout was so peaceful, and we noticed there are not many places on the beach that offer this amenity! Walking distance to many great spots. Property manager was available and very nice/helpful! We were also able to see dolphins one morning, as others had described. Would definitely stay here again!

Loved this unit and location!

The unit was very clean and the location was great. It was within walking distance of great restaurants and Belmont Park. Our favorites were Olive Cafe and Miss B’s Coconut Club. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect stay in San Diego!

Fantastic Mission Beach 2 level condo. Honestly, this location and property was the perfect fit for my husband and I and our 2 teen daughters. Clean, fully stocked, and the most responsive property managers I have ever experienced using VRBO. We are already talking about how a month would be so much better than 6 days! Simply wonderful.

Great sunsets and location

We truly enjoyed our stay. Perfect location. Great sunsets and people watching and whale watching. Beds are comfy. The stairs leading up to the front door are a bit step but fine for us.

Great location

Great location with great viewing areas on main floor and upstairs bedroom deck. Super nice to have morning coffer and watch activity on boardwalk! Deck furniture pretty dated, but did the job! Kitchen super stocked with anything you might need if cooking. Nice living area. 3 showers a plus (but master tub a bit tricky to climb into). Parking spot super tight, so was a bit scary managing the back in.

Perfect location

We took a bit of a chance staying at a property that looked great online, but had no reviews. But, it ended up being as good (or better) than advertised. The views of the ocean from the two porches are fantastic - especially at sunset. The boardwalk between the property and the beach makes for great people watching during the day, and the beach is just outside the door. Plenty of activities and restaurants are within walking distance. And, most of the things we wanted to do (zoo, Sea World, golf) were a short drive. The unit itself was nice as well - big living room for watching TV with the family after a busy day, comfortable beds (having 2 twins for our kids in the 2nd bedroom was perfect), 3 bathrooms - including a nice big tub for soaking. Although we didn't use them, beach toys and chairs are provided. Once nice amenity they had that wasn't mentioned in the property description is that there is a foot wash outside the building to clean your feet after walking on the beach. Property management was easy to work with, and quick to communicate with opening/closing instructions. Only possibly downside I can think of is that the garage under the building is very tight - if possible, rent a smaller car, as a big SUV makes entry/exit and parking difficult. But, it was also nice having covered parking on-site. So, in general, this place was just about perfect for a family vacation. If we visit San Diego again, this is where we'll stay.

Dolphins every morning

The property is just as lovely as the amazing pictures. The two balconies make this the perfect spot to enjoy the view and relax. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and didn’t want to leave.
