The room and view was amazing. Upon arrival,they were offering free wine in the restaurant. Then, they had a pool party the day of check out. Literally, your near the bars and lounges. I visited a popular club PARQ, literally around the corner. Near CVS which I think is 24hrs. The 992 Bus takes you directly to the Airport (I caught an UBER tho) Exceptional Customer Service and very welcoming. We stayed on the 19th floor. It was quiet, warm and cozy. Nice vibes all throughout the hotel.

It was good and not so good
We checked in a little early around 3:45. Room wasn’t ready. We waited until 4:40 to check on the room status because it was my fiancé birthday and we had dinner reservations at 5. The room still wasn’t ready so they led us up to a lounge bathroom to change our clothes. We were told that our luggage would be placed in our room when we got back. Room want ready until almost 6 and our table for dinner reservations was given away. We ended up eating at some other random place. When we got back to the hotel, we were given room keys but our luggage was not in our room. The people at the front desk were very nice and it was very busy. We were told that the hotel was sold out the night before and there were no bed sheets so that was what the hold up was all about. The room was nice and clean. I love the little espresso machine. If you are a light sleeper like me though, you will hear the trolley honking at people until around 2 in the morning. Could also hear people yelling outside and we were on the 17th floor. The area around the hotel is rough. You will definitely see a lot homeless and sadly people strung out on drugs sleeping on the sidewalk. Signage for the hotel also isn’t great and service at the hotel bar was subpar. We were ignored by bartenders many times. Bed was comfortable. I was told the $40 resort fee would be waived because of our experience with check in but that didn’t happen. Also o Lu two people were checking in and it was very busy so wait time was long.

Cute modern hotel
This hotel was very cute and modern. Close to lots of things. Front desk was great and helpful. Rooms were nice but wish there were chairs on balcony, that was kinda weird, you pay extra for a balcony but there’s nothing to sit on out there. Overall nice hotel.
