Our family friendly home features an open concept living area and kitchen, the living room doors open up to the front patio, perfect for hosting an intimate group. This newly built home has vaulted ceilings in the kitchen and living area

This is a one story, single family home. Driveway fits one car. The 2 bedrooms are located in the back of the unit. Master bedroom has a king bed and a desk bedroom has a queen bed. Both bedrooms have tvs. Guest bathroom is located in the hallway and master bath is attached to the master bedroom.

Living room has a couch with a pull-out bed, we also have an air mattress if needed.

Gather outside in our turfed from yard. You can dine outside, or lounge by the fire pit and catch the sunset.

Home activities: Corn hole, bocce ball, card games and more!

Beach chairs, beach umbrella, and coolers available, just let Madison know if you will need them and she will get them out of the garage for you. Beach towels and beach bag are located in queen room in drawers underneath the tv.

You`ll have access to the entire home. Check-in is made easy via smart-lock access.

I live on the property, behind the home, I will be available if you need anything during your stay.

Easy to drive around. Rental Bike shops near by. Street Parking is readily available and there is one parking spot in the driveway for larger SUVs or trucks.

Please not this home is NOT to be used as a venue for parties or gatherings. We are located in a family friendly neighborhood and want to be respectful to our neighbors

Cancellations are subject to non-refundable third-party processing fees. Stripe payment processing fees (3%) and the Hostaway application fee (1%) will be deducted from any refunded amount.
🚭 No smoking anywhere on the property. Smoking indoors or outdoors will result in a $500 fine.

🚫 No drugs or parties of any kind.

🤫 Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Please bring the group inside and keep windows closed during these hours out of respect for our neighbors.

📹 Do not tamper with outdoor security cameras. This is illegal and will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation without refund and eviction from the property.

👟 Please remove shoes at the front door to help keep the home clean.

🪟 Do not place anything on windows or sliding doors (inside or outside), including tape or adhesives. The tinted glass scratches easily.

🔒 Close and lock all windows and sliding doors when leaving the home, and do not sleep with doors open.

🌡️ Do not run the AC or heat with windows or doors open. Please use eco mode when possible.
