Great place / home base to enjoy Mission Beach. The inner bay is 1 min walk and the main ocean beach is a 5 minute walk! The home is well equipped to enjoy time there as well - the patios and roof deck are fantastic. Highly recommend.

5 Star Property

The views and the location speak for themselves, but that’s just the start. The furnishings and finishes are what you’d expect at a 5 star resort. And the kitchen is the best we’ve found- cooked all of our meals in the condo and did not feel that we had to compromise in a “vacation” kitchen - from the gas range to a wide range of cookware, to the plentiful dishes, silverware and glassware, we had everything we needed! And despite being on Mission Beach, it was quiet at night. The front patio was a favorite hangout and the kids loved s’mores over the fire pit. We’ve been coming to San Diego for years and this was by far our favorite rental experience. Highly recommend!

The perfect beach getaway!

We had a wonderful vacation at this home! The house was absolutely immaculate, so clean and well cared for, which made settling in super easy and comfortable. The location couldn’t have been better, just a short walk to both the bay and the ocean, so we were able to enjoy the best of both worlds. The owners were incredibly attentive and responsive to any questions or needs, which we really appreciated. You can tell they truly care about their guests’ experience. Highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a peaceful, relaxing, and seamless beach getaway!

Great Stay

I booked this property for a weekend getaway with the family. It was exactly as described and I was definitely not disappointed. It was walking distance to the beach. The property had many amenities which was very convenient. I definitely enjoyed relaxing in the rooftop patio, the view was gorgeous.

Beautiful home!

Home was very comfortable and clean! We were a group of five women and the space was just what we needed. Beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed for a long weekend. The parking is small, definitely doable, but a tight fit with a bigger vehicle. We found a few good spots to eat within walking distance and a grocery store is nearby. Nice little weekend!

The property is perfectly located - short drive to Sea World or Zoo. Block away from beach - 5 minute walk, and there are great coffee shops (better than local Starbucks) within walking distance Home is perfect for family visit to SD - is very clean and completely represented by included photos. Girls Weekend to Celebrate 50th Birthdays

Five of us girlfriends celebrated our 50th birthday in Mission Bay and stayed in this beautiful home. Location was perfect - walking distance to everything (paddle boarding on the bay, dinner on roof decks over looking the ocean, and Starbucks around the corner). The house was modern, CLEAN and had everything we needed. Super comfortable beds (huge plus), good pressure in the showers, and a fully stocked kitchen (but I have to admit, we never used the kitchen - ate all of our meals out). I would highly recommend this property. We felt safe and pampered here. Would definitely go back.

Amazing Place!

The entire place was amazing! Very clean, very organized. Check in was easy and check out was great as well. Seems like now-a-days when you check out of most places, you have to do all of the cleaning that you get charged for to stay. That was not the case for this VRBO. Minimal cleaning needed!

Sweet 16 getaway

My husband and I took my daughter and a couple of friends to Mission Beach for her 16th birthday. The house was beautiful (the girls talk about how aesthetic it was) and the set up was perfect. Master on the 3rd floor and the girls had the 2nd floor. We enjoyed dinner outside and everything was in walking distance. Parking is tight but to be expected in a beach town. We were able to get my husbands Escalade and my X6 in the spot. We never had to drive anywhere once we got there.

Great Property

My family and I stayed here as a summer vacation. The property was very clean, updated, and had a great location. We spent a couple days at the beach and the other days at the Bay, both just steps away. We really enjoyed our time here and would love to come back! The only negative is the parking situation. We have a midsized SUV and had to make a 10 point turn to fit into the carport.
