At 7am, a leaf-blower started working, waking me up. There was a strange noise of non-identified origin, something hitting the roof or a pipe on the third floor all night and morning.

I will absolutely stay here again! The staff was excellent from check in to check out!!! The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable!!! Short Lyft ride to Mission Valley and the Airport. 5 stars for sure!

Clean room, though they gave us a double instead of the king we booked. Bed and pillows were super plush (not firm enough for us), but everything was clean and thermostat worked well to keep us cool. Netflix on tv was a plus, though we requested a quiet room and were woken up by a huge party of frisbee golfers congregating for some event directly under our window. Wish we had warning or they had put the golfers farther away from guest rooms. Only one night and the rest of the evening was quiet enough for sleep.

I had a problem with bugs on the end room in C block on the first floor. XL cockroach in bathroom, flea in the bed, spiders on the ceiling. When i called to complain they sais that room gets a little buggy sometimes. Then why put me in it? The hotel was not full. They came and got the cockroach and gave me a different room, but they didn't offer to move my belongings. I had to move my stuff at almost midnight by myself. They did comp my parking at checkout. The second room was better but still had spiders. The pool wa nice, quiet and clean.

The shower curtain didn't function well and let lots of water on the floor. Also Housekeeping forgot to come the second morning. Service was prompt when made aware so that was good. It was tricky because a large motorcycle club was staying there and played music extremely loud in the drive up area right above our room.
