Liked: Cleanliness
The property was clean, but dingy, i.e. The couches were taped up to cover holes, there were areas that clearly needed a coat of paint. You can hear wind through the front door because it needs some weather stripping. There weren't drawers or dressers in any of the bedrooms. The living spaces weren't well set up for groups to get together.
