O hotel conta com uma equipe simpática e prestativa, especialmente o Oscar, a Matilde e o rapaz que cuidava da limpeza do pátio, que foram sempre muito gentis e atenciosos. No entanto, durante meus 7 dias de estadia, tive vários problemas que comprometeram a experiência. O quarto não recebia limpeza regular, mesmo com solicitações nas poucas vezes em que foi feita, parecia apenas uma varrida superficial. O banheiro tinha muita umidade, sem ventilação ou janela, e não havia suporte para sabonete, shampoo ou papel higiênico. O ralo do chuveiro não escoava bem, formando uma pequena “piscina”, e o tapete ficava constantemente encharcado, exigindo que eu pedisse panos para enxugar. Também faltava um local adequado para estender roupas úmidas. As toalhas foram trocadas apenas uma vez, após eu levar pessoalmente até a recepção, e a roupa de cama não foi substituída durante toda a hospedagem — um ponto de descuido considerável. Além disso, a entrada do hotel não possui campainha, e em diversas ocasiões precisei aguardar no portão, sob o sol, até alguém abrir. Também houve falta de respeito com os horários de silêncio, tanto após as 22h quanto muito cedo pela manhã. Alguns funcionários foram um pouco mal-humorados, o que destoou da simpatia dos demais. Com melhorias na limpeza, manutenção e organização, o hotel tem potencial para oferecer uma experiência muito mais agradável.
