Casa Sendero de Monos - una joya moderna en un entorno privado

Casa Sendero de monos fue construida en 2020. Nuestra casa amueblada moderna tiene 2 dormitorios y 2 baños totalmente equipados. Uno de los baños es accesible tanto desde la habitación como desde el pasillo.
Se puede acceder a los dormitorios directamente desde el gran salón-comedor. Ambas habitaciones tienen puertas correderas que conducen directamente a la zona de la piscina con ducha exterior.
Están equipadas con camas king size, aire acondicionado y ventiladores. Una cuna de viaje para niños está disponible y se puede configurar si es necesario. Hay dos armarios empotrados entre los dormitorios y los baños.
La cocina está equipada con frigorífico, lavavajillas, horno con vitrocerámica, microondas, tostadora y batidora.
En la sala de estar hay una televisión inteligente de 55 pulgadas y una radio por Internet, y un smart tv de 50" en cada dormitorio. WIFI está disponible en todas las habitaciones y en la terraza. La conexión de fibra óptica tiene una velocidad de 200 Mbit/s simétricos.

Great location!

The home felt secluded even though it was in a neighborhood. Lush landscaping. Home was well equipped with all the necessities. Clean. Super close to downtown Samara. Outdoor shower was a plus after a long day at beach or ATV tour. Great stay overall!

Great vacation

Very nice property, we had a great time. A few short power outages ,but that can’t be helped. More time spent cleaning the house between guests would be appreciated.A bbq brush and a spare propane tank would round out our issues .

The perfect vacation home

5 star property and amenities! The home is perfectly suited for a family of four. Home was clean and inviting for our family. The beds were fantastic and the kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, pots, pans and utensils. Pool was perfect for an evening cool off after a day at the beach. We loved every minute!

beautiful property, beautiful town

We loved our stay at Casa Sendero de Monos! Everything was just right. The home was clean and modern and close to town (great location). Coming back from a day in Samara it was great to have the pool to jump into and to sleep with A/C and comfortable beds. The property was quiet and serene with lovely plants, birds, monkeys and butterflies that we enjoyed watching. We hope to return!

Excellent home!

The house in the woods was beautiful and very private. Well stocked with everything including beach chairs and towels. Very short distance to town as well. Sven the property manager was very helpful with suggestions to restaurants and anything else we needed. Sven and owners had excellent communication with us. We absolutely loved it!

Great time

Nice place! Very private, yet close to town (7 minute drive). The pool was a lot of fun. Cons: Trash disposal was not ideal. Electricity went out about 5 - 6 time a day. Would rent again.

9 days Easy Living - functionable kitchen Living area TV-had ample floor space full appliance pkg . Nice set up with the 2 separated en-suited King Size Primary Bedrooms, Both with TV & Pool access. Pool was perfect size and children enjoyed it Morning and night - outdoor shower & nice Lanai w/ BBQ No bug problems. Gated secure property with ample parking. One day we saw 21 monkeys on the drive up thru the estates.

Amazing relaxation

My family and I truly enjoyed this house. It is a bit of a trek up into the woods but so worth it. The house is very clean and fairly well appointed. It was very easy to communicate with the manager with regards to getting in and settled as well as recommendations in the area. We were visited almost daily by a troop of monkeys which was incredible. We highly recommend this house and the town of Samara

We had the pleasure 2 stay here for 2 wonderful weeks. The house and grounds exceeded our expectations .As others have said the house is fully equipped and the owner was always very responsive . A Slice of Paradise

This was our second stay at Casa Sendero de Monos. It was just as lovely this time as the last. Private pool was wonderful. One morning we sat at watched a troop of monkeys for three hours frolicking in the woods. Even saw a baby on his Mama's back! The kitchen is extremely well appointed (we like to cook). Bed is comfortable, plenty of towels and so forth. Overall, we look forward to returning next year!

Perfect spot for a relaxing getaway!!

Beautiful property in quiet setting. My husband and I stayed here for a week in April and it was perfect for us. The outdoor area is amazing - private pool, dining table, loungers, hammock and covered spaces. The home is well appointed, clean, up to date and super comfortable. AC in the bedrooms made sleep so comfortable. Fully appointed kitchen and having laundry was a plus. A car is definitely necessary as you need to drive everywhere. Sven, the property manager was fantastic and so helpful and hospitable. Thanks for a great vacation!!

Beautiful home in lush tropical forest setting

The house was beautiful, quiet, and in a great neighborhood. It was well equipped with everything needed for our stay. The owner and local manager were very communicative and available before and throughout our stay. The only small negative was that the AC was in the bedrooms only and there was no AC in the living area of the house. However, that was a relatively small inconvenience and the outdoor space gave a place to sit and visit with friends during the cooler evenings. We greatly enjoyed our visit and would stay here again when in the area.

Paradise Found

Most well-equipped VRBO/vacation rental we have been to. The kitchen was great! Had extras like laundry detergent, shelf stable milk and dish soap! Extremely comfortable bed, plenty of towels and loved the options for eating inside versus outside. Property was well-cared for, lovely landscaping...we even had resident tree squirrels and toucans. GREAT bird watching. We were also lucky enough to see the monkeys. The pool topped off the entire trip. While we love the ocean, and spent quite a bit of time in Samara, we also enjoyed the peace and quiet of lounging around our own private pool. Communication with property owners/manager was top notch and easy. We are hoping to return next year!

Quiet and Secluded Paradise!

My family spent Christmas and New Years at this beautiful home! Everything was lovely and we had a terrific time. The house had everything we needed to chill and relax. The pool was awesome and there was always a choice of sun or shade. The howler monkeys were around making their presence known on most days and there were so many beautiful birds, hummingbirds and butterflies hanging with us by the pool! Because of the Pandemic, we cooked/bbq'd quite often or got take out for dinners... the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook. Lots of grocery and great restaurant options in town. Samara beach is beautiful and was very quiet... it is very close (5 minute drive) and we visited everyday to walk, swim, surf and would often have breakfast or lunch at one of the great outdoor patios overlooking the beach/ocean. Sven, the property manager was terrific and was always there to answer any questions that we had. We highly recommend Casa Sendero de Monos to anyone looking for a quiet place to relax, chill and enjoy the beautiful surroundings!

Beautiful Vacation Home in Samara Woods

We just returned home from an amazing three week vacation at Casa Sendero de Monos. This lovely modern home is clean, organized, uncluttered and well stocked with everything you need. It’s perfect for two couples or a family of four. The kitchen is spacious and equipped with good quality pots, dishes, knives etc. We appreciated the beach chairs, beach towels, ample bathroom towels, outdoor drying rack, good quality BBQ and cleaning supplies. The beds are very comfortable and the AC in the bedrooms is great. We felt very safe and noticed the high quality doors and windows. This large beautifully landscaped property is serene and private. The surrounding forest/jungle resonates with the songs of tropical birds, crickets and howler monkeys. It is MAGICAL !!! The monkeys royally entertained us as they travelled through their “pathway” of trees. GREAT for birding!! We loved the large refreshing pool and covered patio area. We loved this location because we felt totally surrounded by nature but we were only 7-10 minutes from Samara. The owner and property manager responded quickly to enquiries/questions. Private oasis

Just returned from a 9 night stay at this beautiful private home! My husband and our 2 children (ages 6 and 12) were comfortable and happy during our stay!The home is a great fit for 4 people as a family or two couples! It has eveything you need in the kitchen and beyond. We ere happy to use the towels provided for the pool as well as tolwes/chairs and such for the beach!The pool is lovely! Its just under 5 ft deep.We were greeted by monkeys, butterflies and iguanas daily.The AC in the bedrooms were a must! A nice breeze does feel good at the property but the house gets hot fast.I would recommend 4x4 vehicle as the roads in samara woods to access the house are hilly/windy - definitely noy walkable to town (not that we expected that ahead of time!) But just close enough (8min drive) to downtown to eat and enjoy many of the local places, shop for groceries or enjoy the beach!Lucas the PM was attentive and helpful when needed.We did expereince 1 large (expected/planned) power outage and a few short ones - typical of C.RYou will also have lots of different bugs around you joining you inside and outside. The only negative remark would be about the slight sewage smell from the private bathtoom - we sre familiar with septics so I assume it was from that. A full length mirror would also be nice to havr but these are small things.We would love to return again someday!The
