For kiteboarders, new expanded soundfront yard is large enough to rig and launch at water's edge. Kayaks and other water toys are available at the nearby watersports rental store and it's just a short three-minute walk to the ocean and beach across the road. The ground floor features two paved carports, an enclosed shower to wash off, and a half bath to save you the run upstairs. On the second floor you'll find four bedrooms, three of which have sliding glass doors opening onto a screened in deck facing the sound and those legendary sunsets. Also on this level are two full baths, one with a two person Jacuzzi, and out on the deck, the six-person hot tub. The third level features the spacious kitchen and dining area, half bath, and living room with four sliding glass doors accessing east and west-facing sundecks. A spiral staircase leads to the loft area, with its own sundeck, weather station, and 2 futon beds. (Fireplace seen in pictures is not available for guest use.)
