This review reflects the hotel and the app. We made this reservation because the electricity went out in our home and obviously right now it’s really cold. We waited hours to make sure it was not coming back in and when we were told 4 more hours we decided to get a room for the night. After booking literally like 20 minutes the lights came back on while trying to pull a few items together for the hotel. I immediately tried to cancel on the app and it would not allow it because it said it was pending. I called and a very kind lady tried to help me but said she could don nothing because she has response from the property. After 48 hours they sent an email that stated the property never responded to them and they were unable to help refund or cancel the already past reservation. Very disappointed with the outcome of their service in both ends.
