The staff were always friendly and polite, and answered any questions we had. The room was very clean and stocked with things we needed (toilet paper, soap, towels, etc). The breakfast was delicious and fresh. We enjoyed staying at the hotel, that we plan on staying there again when in the area.

The property was clean and relatively new. The room is set up in a practical and innovative way. The closet shelving was useful with a mirror and light inside the closet. It gave us another space to get ready for the day when another family member was using the bathroom.

Housekeeping challenges!

Cleaning the room was not great. The coffee pot and coffee grounds and kitchen area was not cleaned well. Towels were not folded nicely just the overall appearance of a room that was maintained after leaving $10 for the housekeeping was not up to par!
