The room felt like "lipstick on a pig." We couldnt decide is the hotel was trying to improve or going down hill. Paid $4 for 2 cans of cola. Check-in person spoke broken English. Morning staff was rude in that I stood there for a few minutes waiting for the employees to stop talking. When they finally took notice of me, I asked for a complimentary toothbroth for which they abruptly said, "No!" and when back to talking to each other. Breakfast was aweful, hostess bought doughnuts, surgary cereal, or waffles (not great for 2 type 1 diabetics). Then, only had regular coffee to drink with powder creamer open for anyone to spit in. Poor little girl asked her mom for something to drink and her mom looked around and told her she'd get her some water back in the room. Pasted staff in the hallways and didnt acknowledge me after I said good morning. The beds weren't bad to sleep in, but it ran through my mind to wonder if anything would be crawling on me while I slept...

Rooms were clean but showed wear and tear. The breakfast was basically non-existent -- a few slices of bread to toast, a handful of mini-donuts and mini-muffins, waffles, a pan of cooked oatmeal, and one cereal but little milk.

Cleanliness was average. TV screen had garbled video. (I was already settled in and wasn't about to spend time trying to address it.) Shower took about 5 minutes to provide hot water. (I got in at about the 2 minute mark, thinking it just wasn't going to get hot.) Noisy people overhead and next door disrupted sleep. Personnel were friendly and professional.

Easy parking, clean environment. The phone in room didn’t work and there were no batteries in the remote, but the front desk was prompt in fixing the remote issue. Only weird part was when I was sleeping before my work meeting and I received a call from the front desk asking if I was smoking in my room because they could smell it and I was the only one on the side. I was in fact not smoking and sleeping… no other issue came of it. Just found that odd.

Bed was very squeaky any time I moved, but it was super comfortable. The only annoying thing was how much noise you could hear from outside and literally hearing people walking around the floor above me. Nothing earplugs can't fix. I would definitely come here again
