pros - basic decent room set up, actually only motel i have seen in past 15 motels i have recently stayed in that had a charging unit set up for use on main desk in room; cons - the area feels a little sketchy and needs more of an active patrol on outer parking area, security cameras help but better lighting would improve overall sense of safety;

There was nothing I liked that particularly stood out. The carafe for the coffee was missing. There was only 1 set of towels for 3 poeple and multiple calls for more to no avail. Had to take some from the maids cart. Not a good part of town.

Staff was extremely friendly and easy check in. Getting to the room was not easy as the hotel was wedged into a very small location. Room very outdated and definitely needs an upgrade so was disappointed as it was more like a motel than a hotel. Noticed the efforts were there but again needs an upgrade on all.

This hotel is awful. The amount of perfume smell they have in the halls will Give anyone a huge headache. Also the first room we had was so stinky and muggy. The mini fridge was loud making a ringing sound and there was hair all over the bathroom. We switched rooms and the next room had a bug in the sink and hair in the bed sheets ! It is not in good condition at all and I would not ever recommend this hotel to anyone.

The first two rooms we were put in were damaged. (No working lights, bad smell, dirty bedding, leaking sink faucet, clogged toilet.). When we had to go back to the desk to ask for a different room, the attendant was always gone and we had to wait. Breakfast was a bottle of water, a nature valley bar, a packaged mini muffin, and a tangerine.

It was a half hour wait to check in. Pool area was dirty and no shower or bathroom by the pool. Bathroom in lobby broken. Dryers had an out or order sign. Later told they did work but card only. Ice machine empty. No elevator. Toilet used a lot of water and barely flushed.
