When we go there they had given our room away despite having a reservation for over a month and having confirmed with them earlier that exact day. So we found ourselves at 1am , four sleeping kids in tow and no room. The lady at the front desk said after collecting our deposit for incidentals "we don't have the room you wanted anymore... it's been a busy day. However , I have 1 king bed room and two of you can stay in there. If that doesn't work you can talk to my manager on Monday". Mind you this was early Sunday morning. I couldn't believe they gave out our room after confirming with me that same day and they were holding funds for the room as well. Horrible customer service and so cold about it too.

We have 2 restaurants on site and one tea/coffee option as well. I apologize if the hotel failed to mention those options. Soy is located in the main floor of the hotel and is a favorite amongst locals.

The room layout and size are perfect for a family. The bed was very comfortable as were the pillows and blankets. We really liked the full sized refrigerator and the fully stocked kitchen. The hotel is very close to a few restaurants and there is a gas station within walking distance. The only negative thing we encountered was the showerhead. The water pressure was really weak and the shower head needed to be descaled from hardwater. It would spray all over and not just in the area it should have. My young daughter was not happy about taking a shower because of the crazy spraying showerhead.

Clean and well equipped room, friendly staff and a generous breakfast are all pluses. A word of caution: rooms do not have sound-proofing from street noise (which there is a lot of!) - a serious oversight when they built this otherwise fine hotel. A concern if you're a light sleeper.

My Hilton honors wasn't attached to my room. The desk clerk wouldn't help me with it, I was set up by this hotel at the desk originally. The beds both had people and animal hair on them, and had obviously been slept in. I had to call to have it all changed. We love this hotel and stay here often, but this time was not the best experience we have had here.

I remember asking if you had your number and you said know, I went on to explain we could look it up but you said you were in a hurry and would just simply stop by the front desk later. Since you booked online via Expedia, you're unable to attach your Hilton Honors #, but I think you can mention that you have Hilton Honors in the notes or special request field when making your reservations on Expedia.

I would never pay a dime to stay there. You could hear everything from outside. Drag racing, emergency vehicles, all the traffic. I choose a room based off pictures and didn’t get the room I choose. Check in room forever and a day. The positive was it was spacious and clean.
