Comfortable room, but we were unhappy with houseke

The housekeeping staff never came to our room to replenish towels or empty the garbage or make the beds. We were there three nights.

The room was clean and bathroom especially clean. The room probably should have been aired out a bit before we came. Breakfast did not have a lot of variety but the breakfast lady was very helpful. Climate control was easy. We'll definately stay again. Great location too.

Not sure why Expedia sent me a review for they lost my reservation worth the hotel even though they sent me the reservation 4 days before. Been using Expedia for a long time and this was a surprise. Hotel ended up securing me a room and staff was very helpful. Expedia was trying to find me a new location. I declined. Very disappointed.

My bed was comfortable. The outside smoking area was flooding with cigarettes and ash everywhere on the bench and the ground. It stunk even just walking by it. Especially after it rained and got hot the smell was atrocious. The hallways and elevators were at least 75 degrees, no building ac? Just room ac which worked decently. There were (x2) toenail clippings on the side of the bed facing the window in my room #319 that I stepped on.. absolutely disgusting, and they were sharp and giant. Beer in the microwave?? And bottle caps on top of it. Overall room cleanliness was about a 5.5/10.
