I have stayed at this hotel many times over the past 5 years and I have yet to have a bad experience the staff is always friendly and helpful the rooms are clean and ready the indoor pool and hot tub are a big plus and make the stay even more enjoyable. And the morning breakfast is always top notch unlike some other stays I have had elsewhere that it seems like everything is microwaved and just thrown out there. I highly recommend this hotel and will always be a return guest

The girl who checked us in was great and very friendly. The room was clean and very quiet, which was very nice. Parts of the facility seemed a little older (stained carpets for example), but overall we had a great stay. I would definitely stay here again!

There were bedbugs in my husband’s room. He was aided by bedbugs, and they said they couldn’t even give him his money back due to it was a third-party booking, which is ridiculous. It’s disgusting bedbugs really those things attached to your clothes, your property and you transfer them so if he brings him home to my house our house but you’re but we’re gonna freaking call the headquarters of this establishment

Their rooms were dirty. After being able to see different rooms and picking which one we wanted we went to the store and bought cleaning products. Their breakfast bar had very little to choose from. The outside grounds were nice and we met some friendly staff.
