I called early to request a room close to the front as my father and I have mobility issues and long distances. When we arrived, they only had 2 rooms available even though we booked a few weeks in advance. In lieu of giving us a room we booked, thwy gave us an alternate room with double beds-that was the only plus, but the room was antiquated at best and too far of a distance for my father to walk without difficulty. It was a bed, we had a fridge and microwave and adjustable heater/air conditoner. Please in the future, listen to your customers who ask for reasonable accommodations, some of us have disabilities and if we didnt need the accomodatuons, we wouldn't request them. While it was cloae to the places we went and close to shopping and dining, im a bit disappointed that my accessibility request was not treated professionally

We are happy for the price we paid for the room, beds are comfortable and the location is perfect: close to so many restaurants and stores. As long as it’s clean and functional, we don’t mind the outdated deco. We originally only want to stay one night but my teens actually like it and we extended 3 more nights. Perfect location for our ski trip.

Parking is unsecured, old couches and other hazzards abound rotting and molding in the elemeents. The rear door does not work properly. They advertise having a hot tub and other amenities that they dont actually have. Doors are missing security hardware to prevent entry into the room, halls are dirty a d sketchy while room numbers are written on the walls by what looks to be crackheads.
