We liked the convenience to the area, clean rooms. We had stayed here before and had a good experience. This year the road to access the property was closed for repairs, the pool was closed, the microwave did not work and when asked if we could use the microwave in the kitchen were told they didn't have one in there and we just needed to plug the microwave in(that was not the problem). Just disappointed!

Pros - none Cons - difficult to find due to construction, dining room food terrible. Carafe water was room temp at best. Front desk clerk was running dining room beside front desk. Pool not in operation due to chlorine shortage. Would not recommend.

DO NOT STAY HERE! I stay in a hotel about once a month and this is by far THE WORST place I have ever stayed. Worst staff I have ever dealt with. Not just one- all of them were unreasonable, very rude and not at all apologetic for many problems that were all due to their poor staffing and attitude issues. We had three rooms which were all filthy and unkempt. Sheets on the wrong way, dirty linens and the staff refused to give us extra towels or pillows. Breakfast was a gas station muffin that had a horrible taste of fish and when we asked for coffee we were told they only made one pot a day and when it was gone it was gone. Our neighbors had blood on their sheets. Also dogs barking all night and staff vacuuming the hallways at 7am. Not to mention the dog feces all over the lobby which was apparently very funny to the staff who made no effort to clean it up. WORST STAY EVER!!!!
