Villa 'Casa Naranjita' with Sea View, Wi-Fi and Heated Pool

Casa Naranjita with beautiful sea views is located on the outskirts of Salobrena, in a residential urbanization in the countryside. The house is less than 15 minutes drive from the town of Salobrena and its beaches (6 km). The house is very spacious and large. This house is for those families who want to enjoy a quiet vacation on the outskirts of town but at the same time be close to the beach and the good restaurants that Salobrena and its surroundings have to offer. The three-storey house consists of a large open kitchen, living/dining room, four bedrooms and three bathrooms (all with shower and two of them also have a bathtub) and a toilet. All bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning. On the first floor, at the same level as the pool there is a second small kitchen, this is ideal to have drinks and refreshments at hand. It has several terraces and garden. In addition the property has a private parking area for two cars. Pets are allowed on request (please contact us before booking). Events and parties are prohibited. It is essential to have a car to go to the village where you will find all kinds of services: supermarkets such as Mercadona, Lidl, Carrefour, banks, restaurants, parks, pharmacies and the Moorish castle of the tenth century.



The pool can be heated upon request for an additional charge. Please provide at least 5 days' notice if you would like to use this service.
