Sehr schönes, top renoviertes und hochwertiges Ferienhaus

Wir sind mit 13 Personen (5-64 Jahren) im April angereist. Das Haus übertraf alle Erwartungen. Es war sehr sauber, sehr geschmackvoll, gemütlich und hochwertig eingerichtet. Die sehr gemütlichen Boxspringbetten waren alle bezogen u es lagen zahlreiche Handtücher für das Bad und die Sauna bereit. Es gibt 5 Schlafzimmer, alle mit eigenem Bad, 2 der Zimmer haben noch ein großes Sofa, was zum Schlafen für 2 Personen prima genutzt werden kann. Es gibt einen großen Speiseraum, an dem Tisch konnten wir alle gemeinsam essen. Grillen kann man auf der anliegenden Terrasse. Die Küche war sehr hochwertig, mit 5 Platten-Gasherd und 2 (!) geräumigen Kühl- und Eisschränken. Es war alles vorhanden, was man für ausgedehnte Kochabende benötigt. Zusätzlich gibt es ein sehr geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit gemütlicher Sofaecke, zahlreichen Spielen und Büchern (alle auf französisch) sowie eine Bose Bluetooth-Box. Der Wellnessbereich ist urig im Kellergewölbe, mit Sauna (die konnte maximal 70*) und Whirlpool-Doppelbadewanne. Hier muss man sich bei zahlreichen Knöpfen dann doch erst mal durch die französische Anleitung kämpfen. Alles war sauber und funktionierte gut. Das Aussengelände ist viel größer, als es auf den Bildern wirkt, es gibt einen wunderbaren Pool, der auch im April schon 18* hatte und v.a. bei den Kindern sehr beliebt war. Der Pool wird 2x/Woche vom Hausverwalter gereinigt und die Wasserqualität überprüft. Es gibt viele Sitzmöglichkeiten, Liegestühle etc. 2 waren allerdings defekt und es fehlten leider Sitzpolster. Für die Kids war ein absolutes Highlight, dass das Grundstück an 2 Seiten mit hohen Kletterfelsen und viel Vegetation begrenzt ist. Ein absoluter Kinderabenteuergarten! Eine hochwertige Tischtennisplatte im Schatten sowie eine Boule-Bahn ist außerdem im Garten zu finden. Das Haus liegt ganz ruhig, nur von kleinsten Straßen umgeben, in dem kleinen Ort Salavas. Die Altstadt muss man sich unbedingt ansehen. Hinterm Haus geht es über Feld- und Waldwege sofort in die Natur. In 10 Minuten ist man zu Fuß an der Ardèche, dort ist auch ein kleiner Kiesstrand. Viele tolle Orte und Ausflugsziele erreicht man zwischen 10 und 30 Min. mit dem Auto. Wir sind viel gewandert und gepaddelt, es war eine wunderschöne Zeit! Einzige Minuspunkte: der Verwalter spricht ausschließlich französisch und man muss am Anfang eine 10!-seitige französische Excel-Tabelle mit dem gesamten Interieur durchgehen u zählen, von Gläsern bis zu jeder Steckdose! Das hat uns 2-3h gekostet!
