Agréable gite avec une grande pièce à vivre cuisine salon/séjour, petite arrière cuisine, aménagement et équipements de qualité, poêle à pellets, toilette séparé, salle de bain avec douche .
A l'étage 2 chambres en mezzanine séparées par un petit palier avec dans l'une 1 lit de 160 + 1 lit BB + commode (Chambre fermée par rideaux)
Dans l'autre 2 lits de 90 et grande armoire chambre également fermée par rideaux
Nouveau en 2020 Piscine chauffée d'Avril aux vacances de la toussaint , sécurisée entourée de barrières de protection avec portillon sécurité enfants NFP90-306 +Abri piscine et couverture (Bâche) de sécurité.
Pose d'un nouveau Liner en Mars 2023 de couleur gris pâle .
Les lits sont faits pour votre arrivée et nous fournissons 2 serviettes de toilettes /pers + 2 torchons .

Beautiful gite

We had a lovely time staying in at this Gite and the owners were very helpful. The highlight of the stay was definitely the covered and heated pool which we had to ourselves and swam in every day. Our 3 year old loved the toys and puzzles in the gite and the outside games such as travel tennis. I can see how this would be a great place to come with other families.

Great gite, lovely owner and superb pool. Highly recommended

The gite was excellent and well-equipped. Mme Dreau was very helpful and gave good advice on the lovely local area. The pool was exceptional and very clean. Our two young daughters swam twice daily and also loved the extensive outdoor space with bikes, table tennis, badminton, table football and play area. A great place to stay.

Amazing beautiful tranquil Gite in a beautiful quite area but close to all shops

Could not of asked for a more beautiful place to be. Set in private grounds swimming pool three lovely Gites really don’t want to say how beautiful it was or it will be booked up and we will not be able to stay again . But it’s stunning and we will all be going back again so Please reserve my space . Morgan and Cathy thank you for looking after us and making my stay so perfect ❤️❤️❤️

Feels Like Home......

On arrival first impressions, perfect, the owners hospitality was greatly appreciated after a long drive. Morgan was so enthusiastic and despite the language barrier, provided plenty guidance on the area and what to do. Was fun just talking with her. The Gite didn’t feel like a property but more like home, very well presented, clean and spacious with everything we needed. The facilities were great, heated pool, table tennis, table soccer all catered for in the vast outside private space. Definitely recommend and definitely would go there again, worth every penny 5* Thank you from The Smith's :-)

Een heerlijke plek om tot rust te komen en Bretagne te verkennen

We hebben een heel prettig verblijf gehad. We werden hartelijk ontvangen door de gastvrouw, we voelden ons gelijk thuis. Het zwembad was ideaal, zowel bij mooi weer als op de mindere dagen, die we trouwens bijna niet hebben gehad. Het huis was schoon en alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig. We hebben 14 dagen genoten!

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Man konnte sich vor Ort sehr gut erholen. Schade nur das man ohne Auto nicht auskommt was die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurant betrifft. Die Unterkunft hat alles was man braucht. Mme. Dreau ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und sehr tierlieb. Wir kommen gerne wieder 🤗

Très bon séjour en Finistère !

Accueillis par Cathy et son sourire et surtout plein de bonnes idées pour occuper notre semaine ! Nous avons pu tout faire et referont la Vallée des Saints, sous le soleil pour voir si c'est mieux que sous la pluie ! Le gîte l'Arvor est bien équipé et chaleureux, le site très agréable et tranquille et la piscine est vraiment un plus, très appréciée ! Nous y reviendrons car il y a encore plein de choses à voir et faire dans ce secteur et la location est idéalement placée.

Gîtes d'Arvor

Die Ferienwohnung ist mit allem, was man braucht, ausgestattet. Besonders schön sind der Garten und der Pool. Sehr gut für Familien. Allerdings abseits gelegen, im Umkreis von 10 Autominuten keine Infrastruktur. Leider ist die Ausstattung in die Jahre gekommen und teilweise sogar kaputt (lose Teile an der Dunstabzugshaube, nicht funktionierende Leuchtkörper, Folie löst sich von Schranktüren). Die Dusche hat viele schwarze Flecken. Cathy ist nett und hilfsbereit und schickte uns Empfehlungen, mehr Englisch-Kenntnisse wären hilfreich.

Schön war es

Die Wohnung ist süß und es ist alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Leider gab es ein Problem mit dem Kanal wodurch es in der Wohnung leider sehr unangenehm gerochen hat. Der Pool ist super. Frau Morgan ist sehr freundlich gefühlt rund um die Uhr erreichbar. Direkt neben dem Grundstück ist eine Firma die bis spät in die Nacht angefahren wird.

Un gîte exceptionnel

Le gîte est au centre du Finistère avec plein de lieux à visiter dans un rayon de 40kms. Après un super accueil, nous avons découvert que le gîte est chaleureux, merveilleusement propre et entièrement équipé. La piscine est excellente. Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel. La tranquillité, le confort et la gentillesse

Après un accueil chaleureux, nous avons découvert un cadre agréable, magnifique propriété avec le plus la piscine chauffée. Le gîte est confortable et très bien entretenu, quand aux propriétaires d’une grande gentillesse. Bref, tout était super même le temps, que demander de plus.

Schöner entspannter Aufenthalt im Herzen von Finistere

(Googleübersetzung Deutsch / Französisch): Très belle propriété au calme et bien entretenue au coeur du Finistère avec toutes les commodités pour un repos parfait. L'appartement est propre et comprend également tous les éléments d'usage quotidien (cafetière, réfrigérateur, etc.). Il convient de noter la piscine couverte et chauffée et la table de ping-pong, la pelouse et la possibilité de faire des barbecues. La propriétaire était très sympathique, fiable et absolument serviable. Elle nous a donné de précieux conseils pour explorer la région. Nous pouvons recommander cet appartement à tout moment. Salutations, Nicole et Marcus. Sehr schönes, ruhiges und gepflegtes Anwesen im Herzen von Finistere mit allen Annehmlichkeiten für die perfekte Erholung . Die Wohnung ist in einem sauberen Zustand und beinhaltet zudem alle Gegenstände für den alltäglichen Gebrauch (Kaffeemaschine, Kühlschrank etc.). Hervozuheben ist der Überdachte und Beheizte Pool sowie die Tischtennisplatte, die Liegewiese und die Möglichkeit zum Grillen. Die Vermieterin Madame Dreau war sehr freundlich, zuverlässig und absolut hilfsbereit. Sie gab uns wertvolle Tipps für die Erkundung der Umgebung. Wir können diese Wohnung jederzeit wieder empfehlen. Sehr schönes Ferienhaus im Herzen derBretagne

Wir haben unsere Ferien in diesem bestens ausgestatteten Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Neben einem sehr komfortablen Pool, der beheizt und sogar überdacht ist, um auch bei weniger warmen Temperaturen baden zu können, finden sich auch weitere Möglichkeiten der Freizeitbeschäftigung auf dem liebevoll bepflanzten und sehr großzügigien Grundstück. Eine Tischtennisplatte und ein Tischfußball ermöglichen spannende Familien Duelle ;) Auch für kleinere Kinder gibt es eine Rutsche und andere Spielgeräte. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Vermieterin, Frau Dreau hat uns bei der Ankunft sehr herzlich empfangen und uns sehr schöne Ausflugstips gegeben. Trotz meiner praktisch nicht vorhandenen Französischkenntnisse gelang die Verständigung dank Google Übersetzer und zahlreicher phantasievollen Gesten sehr gut. Auch unser Hund hat sich auf dem Grundstück und im Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt. Fr. Dreau ist sehr tierlieb! Ein sehr nettes Erlebnis war auch, als Fr. Dreau bemerkte, dass unsere bevorzugte Art der Kaffeezubereitung mit einer italienischen Espressokanne erfolgte, die wir immer selbst dabei haben. Bei der Abreise hat sie dann genau solch eine Kanne besorgt. Nun kann man seinen Kaffee in noch mehr Variationen genießen :) Dieses Ferienhaus ist ein absoluter Tip für all jene, die die Bretagne erkunden möchten. Es gibt in alle Richtungen sehr viel zu entdecken!

Super séjour !

Nous avons énormément apprécié notre séjour dans ce petit gîte très cosy décoré avec beaucoup de goût et très fonctionnel et nous avons aussi aimé profiter de la piscine pour nous détendre et nous amuser.Nous avons découvert la beauté de la Bretagne grâce aux suggestions avisées de notre hôtesse .Merci de votre accueil et de votre gentillesse , Bruno et Angéline ainsi que leurs enfants

Mitten in der Bretagne

Tolles Objekt mit sehr freundlicher und lustiger Gastgeberin. Die Zentrale Lage ist bestens geeignet um Ausflüge in die Umgebung zu machen sowohl in das Landesinnere als auch an die Küste. Die Wohnung ist groß, schön und gut eingerichtet. Ein Toaster wäre noch wünschenswert gewesenen. Sonst alles vorhanden. Der Pool ist spitze und für 3 Familien ausreichend groß. Leider waren wir gerade zur Weizenernte vor Ort, weshalb es in der einen Woche vermehrt zur Lärmbelästigung durch Traktoren auf dem Nachbargrundstück kam. Insgesamt konnten wir trotzdem 12 tolle Tage dort verbringen.

Es war eine schöner Aufenthalt!

Wir hatten eine angenehme Zeit in diesem Domizil. Die Vermieterin war super nett und immer bereit uns Informationen zu möglichen Ausflügen zu geben, oder kurzerhand Fahrräder zu organisieren. Der Pool war herrlich und man konnte sich vor oder nach einem Tagesausflug erholen. Das dazugehörende Gelände ist gepflegt und man sich dort mit den vorhandenen Freizeitgeräten beschäftigen.
