This single storey villa enjoys a panoramic view of the Eure valley. Large shaded terraces take advantage of breathtaking sunsets. The pool is huge. A fenced hectare park surrounds the house. The large bright living room extends a large, fully equipped kitchen. A living room with open fire allows you to isolate yourself in peace. Although in the middle of the garrigue, the property is located a few minutes walk from the old village of St Siffret and the grocery store. The magnificent town of Uzès, the Pont du Gard and the Gardon gorges are very close.

Großzügige Unterkunft

Riesiger, wunderbarer Pool. Gute Lage, kleiner Supermarkt gut zu Fuß, Uzès und der Gardon nach wenigen Minuten Autofahrt zu erreichen.Das Haus selbst ist zwar ausreichend groß aber ziemlich ungeliebt. Die Schiebetür und andere Türen sowie die Bäder haben ihre Zeit mehr als hinter sich, Brausen tut man nur mit Widerwillen. Schade, der Aussenbereich und die Aussicht sind top!

Einfach Fabelhaft! Nach mehreren schönen Reisen in diese phantastische Region war dieses gut ausgestattete, charmante Haus für unsere muntere Reisegruppe rundum perfekt. Das beste Haus, was wir jemals gebucht haben. Küche (in der es an nichts fehlte), Terrasse, Garten, Wohnzimmer und der wirklich große Pool (in dem man richtig schwimmen konnte und nicht nur plantschen) bieten Platz für Gemeinsamkeit. Die Zimmer, die alle in einer Flucht liegen bieten jedoch ausreichend Platz, um sich auch mal zurück zu ziehen. Super Betten! Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist unglaublich schön. Das Grundstück bot dem Hund viel Platz zum laufen und Eidechsen jagen. Zum Croissant kaufen am Morgen war der kleine Laden fussläufig auf der ersten Hunderunde super gut zu erreichen, leider aber nur in der ersten Woche, dann ging es für die Betreiber selbst in die Ferien, ebenso das hervorragende Restaurant im Dorf war nur bis zur ersten Septemberwoche geöffnet. Gute Lage, um zahlreiche Ausflüge in die tolle Umgebung zu unternehmen. Wir hatten kurzfristig Probleme mit dem kaputten Druckregler des Gasherdes, das wurde aber prompt von Günther und seiner netten Frau behoben. Auch die Poolreinigung von David war super, sehr flott und sehr ordentlich, haben wir so auch noch nicht erlebt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Großzügiges Ferienhaus

Schönes Ferienhaus in perfekter Lage. Das Gelände ist so groß, das wir mit unserem Hund einen kleinen Spaziergang machen konnten. Der Ortskern ist fussläufig zu erreichen. Zum Haus selbst: die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Die Schlafräume haben bequeme Betten. Die Bäder sind funktional. Ein kleiner Fernseher ist vorhanden, leider gibt es keine deutschen Programme. Der Pool ist richtig toll und auch gut gepflegt. Ein Sonnenschirm wäre super. Alles in allem- wir kommen gerne wieder.
