Ground floor: living room/lounge/equipped kitchen (fireplace/stove with wood billing according to quantity consumed: €70/stere), 1st bedroom (140cm bed), shower room/wc. Upstairs: 2nd bedroom (2 single beds), 3rd bedroom (160cm bed), shower room, wc. WIFI. Electric heating (extra depending on the meter). 500m² private enclosed garden (part of which is enclosed by hedges), bicycle shelter. Play area with swing and slide (wooden swing set) shared with the second gîte. POOL OPENING: May 10 to September 30 (weather permitting). Non-smoking cottage. On the borders of Touraine and Sarthe, everything here is designed to transform your stay into a pure vacation. You will succumb to the joys of the heated pool shared with a second cottage. This will contribute to making your days a collection of wonderful moments of well-being, from which you will emerge relaxed, rested, and serene. You can book (for an additional fee) the intervention of a beautician, massage sessions (relaxing, non-therapeutic), or even the services of a caterer for your meals.
