Lovely small hotel with amazing food.

Beautiful hotel within a lovely location. We had good bedroom and the food was some of the best we have had in France, do not miss out if you are staying in the area or traveling through and need and great hotel, relaxing atmosphere, helpful owners and really good food.

Not too bad in the middle of nowhere

It's more like B&B /brekfast is extra though/. My problem was to find it - about 20 km from Beaune, but there is no street address, so you have to use GPS coordinates and hope your navigation will manage... Wifi doesn't work pretty much. Other then that place is not bad: building/room/restaurant are good. There is a pool, and a tennis court, so in different situation I might have liked it.

Calme, charme et sérénité dans un havre de verdure

Hotel trÚs agréable. parfait pour ceux qui cherchent l'isolement et le calme (à la discretion des autres clients bien-sûr). Le ménage et l'insonorisation reste a revoir et un peu de rénovation serait à prévoir sur certains endroits. Personnel trÚs charmant mais trop masculin.

Erg fijn hotel !

Prachtig gelegen met mooie tuin, zwembad, trampoline en goed restaurant. Een erg aangename verrassing op onze eerste vakantiedag. Rustig gelegen en grote familiekamer voor ons vijven, kamer met mooi uitzicht op het riviertje wat naast deze oude watermolen stroomt. Zeer behulpzaam en aardig personeel, kortom een aanrader. In werkelijkheid is dit hotel veel leuker dan de website doet vermoeden

C'est le3ieme sĂ©jour au Moulin, toujours Ă©tĂ© tres satisfait, sauf cette fois, grace a de nombreuses rĂ©servations sur votre site, j'avais 10 nuits, donc une gratuite que j'avais prise pour le Moulin, SAUF le propriĂ©taire ne voulait pas admettre, malgrĂ© que j'avais tous les documents avec moi, j'ai du payer aussi la chambre...maintenat j'ai envoyĂ© la facture payĂ© chez vous, mais c'est beaucoup de soucis pour un petit sĂ©jour qui aurait du ĂȘtre reposant>..

A notre arrivée la chambre était annulée au bout de 15 mn problÚme résolu. TrÚs beau cadre, chambre bien équipée , la clim ne fonctionnait pas malgré les essais du personnel, entretien général moyen. Le restaurant est trÚs bien .

Die Angestellten feierten bis nach Mitternacht. An Schlaf war nicht zu denken.

Das Hotel liegt 4 km östlich vom Dorf St-Gervais zwischen Feldern. Es ist eine ehemalige WassermĂŒhle und macht von außen einen verwunschenen, aber sympathischen Eindruck. Möbel und Dekoration scheinen auf einem Trödelmarkt erworben worden zu sein. Öffentliche RĂ€ume und auch die Zimmer sind ĂŒber und ĂŒber vollgestellt. Das ist besonders in den Zimmern unangenehm. Das Restaurant hat Flair, die KĂŒche ist gut, allerdings wird die aus drei Menu-VorschlĂ€gen bestehende Karte kaum variiert. Die Preise sind etwas ĂŒberzogen. Aber es gibt eben keine nahegelegene Alternative. Der Swimming Pool ist klein, zum Schwimmen eher nicht geeignet. Der Zustand des Hotels ist klĂ€glich. Es wirkt schmuddelig und nicht wirklich professionell verwaltet. Das Personal scheint aus Familienangehörigen zu bestehen, die mal auf dem Akkordeon spielen, dann an der Rezeption aushelfen, als Kellner im Restaurant tĂ€tig sind, dann wieder wie GĂ€ste oder auch mit den GĂ€sten an der Hotelbar sitzen und reden oder trinken. Es ist wie in einer Kneipe, wo der PĂ€chter sich mit seinen Freunden umgibt und die professionellen Grenzen verschwimmen. Ein eher unangenehmes GefĂŒhl, es sei denn, man ist ein Freund von Alpenvereinshaus-AtmosphĂ€re. Als sich an einem Abend die Inhaber mit den Kellnern und anderem Personal im Restaurant in Anwesenheit der GĂ€ste zu betrinken begannen und mit lauter Musik und GelĂ€chter bis weit nach Mitternacht feierten, so daß niemand der GĂ€ste schlafen konnte, sind wir vorzeitig abgereist.
