The villa vanilla, newly built, is located on the heights of the tourist route in Saint Francois. It offers a magnificent sea view and layout allows you to stay there in the greatest calm and great intimité.Elle is located near the beach clear grapes and all services. You will be close to the casino, golf course and marina of St. Francis. Outside the villa, facing the sea, a large terrace with a private pool, 4 chairs, landscaped garden, outdoor shower, lounge and dining area in the hut and barbecue and hammock. The villa has 3 large rooms well lit by window-doors with sea views, living room-kitchen and 2 bedrooms. All windows are protected by electric shutters. The air-conditioned rooms each offer a dining corner bathroom with walk-in shower, double sink and hair dryer and a large closet with a safety deposit box. The first bedroom possessed a large bed and 2 February juxtaposed single beds. Each one also has a living room-kitchen WC fermé.Le is air conditioned and offers a lounge with sofa 3 places and flat screen TV. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with coffee - American fridge - induction hob - oven and built-in microwave oven - dishwasher - wine cellar - washing machine and dryer - small appliances - quality dishes. Also included in your stay: internet, wi-fi, telephone, cable tv, towels, linens and bedding (a sheet change weekly), maintenance of the pool and landscaped garden, a welcome meal and the first breakfast (all included).

Beautiful house with lovely view

Quiet, close to town by car, scrupulously clean, well equipped, comfortably furnished. We really enjoyed this place.

Lovely villa - fantastic sea views - just perfect for our little family of 3

It’s a lovely place - and probably the best location for us - wonderful views. There is a smaller villa right next door - but as it’s only for 2 - it’s unlikely you’d be disturbed by noise. Couple of things we didn’t think about - You need to bring your own beach towels - we didn’t and so we had to buy some. Also there is no housekeeping so you need to clean up at the end of your stay or pay separately for cleaning - 100 euros. Fantastic meal on arrival - and Chantal who looks after the property is just lovely. You need a car - and so it’s a great option to rent the one provided with the house - but you do need to have this cleaned at the end of your stay. All in all a lovely villa, with beautiful views, managed by a really kind person.

Propriété bien entretenue par Marie Rose et Patrick,très à l'écoute de leurs clients.Très bon accueil de Patrick et, son poulet au lait de coco hum délicieux,de charmantes attentions de Marie Rose dans le frigo,la déco et d'une honnêteté irréprochable.... Vue EXCEPTIONNELLE !!! Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.Nous y retourneront !!!

Superbe location

Super séjour du 3 au 16 avril 2019. Nous avons choisi la formule tout compris (transfert aéroport, voiture de location et repas du premier soir et 1er matin) qui nous a vraiment permit de profiter pleinement dès notre arrivée. Très bon contact avec Marie Rose qui a répondu présente très rapidement pour résoudre le petit problème de plaque électrique et nous conseiller les endroits à voir. La maison est niquel, rien à dire, vraiment. Literie parfaite, équipements parfaits. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés. Quant à nous si nous pouvons revenir nous essaierons la superbe maison qu’ils sont en train de construire pour 16 personnes! Bref une location à recommander!
