"Truly a five-star experience. Everything was immaculate and thoughtfully considered. Some of the most pleasant front desk staff I’ve ever encountered in my travels. Service at the hotel restaurant was painfully slow but the restaurant staff were very pleasant nonetheless. Very comfortable bedding, ..."

"The location of the Hotel was excellent! The room had this French cachet and we really enjoyed it. Bed was really comfortable. Moxy Bordeaux Hotel
"I love the location, it was right next to the water and around the corner from Les Halles de Bacalan - the property is owned and operated by Biltoki. I got the best coffee and croissants ever. I got one each day and a croissant right across from it. It was full of so many different types of food, bakery, cheese and coffees. This hotel is located a few moments from the Tram stop which was great. Also, a stones throw away from the Wine Museum which is a must see. What I didn't like about the hotel: 1) The air-conditioning was not great, I think they should have in each guest rooms a portable fan. Not matter how many times we adjusted the air it was not doing its job. We were there doing a heat wave in August. 2) No lotion in the bathroom, they had shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap. 3) The lighting in the bathroom was great, but the room no lights in the ceiling and the lights in the room was not enough. and 4) I shared a room with my friend (female) the two twin beds were small. Please make them bigger. LOL. Overall, I would recommend this hotel, the staff was incredible but the air conditioning not working almost took me out."
