Staff lovely, friendly and helpful. Parking on site is a bonus. Think we paid 15 euros. It was a good location. Very clean hotel, and good price. Room was small but we were only there for a night and it was perfect for us.

We didn't have the breakfast as it was too expensive. The rooms were small but adequate for a short break. All staff were friendly and helpful, speaking good English. The position of the hotel is fantastic with a tram stop right outside the front and lots of places to get food or drinks just a 10 minute walk to the train station. Ask for a room at the back as the front can be noisy early in the morning.

Clean modern hotel, close to metro station

Nice hotel at a good price, it is clean and modern. It has a small workout area. Convenient location close to the bus and train stations, but it isn't in the safest parts of the city. The tram station is close by to take short ride into city center. The staff here were super friendly!

The breakfast is very substantial with lots of fruits yogurts and nuts . Lovely fresly squeezed orange juice and fresh rolls and bread. Room very clean and cosy. I’m currently sat in the hotel lobby, drinking a local Bordeaux beer and enjoying the lounge style atmosphere of the welcome area. I couldn’t have expected my stay here to be any better. The staff were friendly and went above to accommodate for us, even providing players and knives for our super market bought cheese and meats. The rooms were small but comfortable and had everything you need. Location is ideal, a short walk from the river, restaurant and boulangeries as well as the train station. I can’t recommend this hotel enough.

Clean and welcoming, close to St Jean station.

Lovely welcome, bar open late. Room and other areas ultraclean. Room very comfortable for one person, but might be a squeeze for 2 people with luggage. Breakfast really good, exactly what was wanted. Very convenient for station, but no train noise -- in fact, no noise at all in my room at the back. I'll go there again.
