The hotel was in a great location. We did not eat at hotel but the coffee was excellent. Staff qeee Dewitt. The hotel decor was a little odd for France but the beds were comfortable

This hotel was simply perfect for us. It was convenient to the older part of the city. There are little restaurants nearby, as well as a small grocery store. The people who worked there were efficient, kind, knowledgeable, incredibly helpful, and pleasant. They actually saved our trip, when the train people went on strike suddenly on the day we were supposed to leave. We were so grateful for their help and knowledge.

Staff were excellent, Alex was especially helpful during the check in process. The room was spacious, good size, comfortable bed, good size shower, plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Bordeaux is quaint, very much rural France. Small cafes, bakeries and coffee shops. City center is small in comparison to the most popular French cities, I enjoy that. The hotel is close to public transportation.

Disappointed

Picture perfect but in reality the bathroom sink was clogged very disgusting, the shower water never got hot in the morning and the room phone didn't work. We contacted the front desk, they said they were going to send a technician and that never happened. Very disappointing and they should definitely issue a full refund.

It was a bit of a wait to check in room.not ready til about 4..but that was a minimal hiccup. The property and staff were outstanding. Lots of nearby places to eat, shop. Such a quiet area..hit the spot after 5 days in Paris!

With sealed windows and mediocre air-con, our pink coloured, smallish room felt uncomfortably claustrophobic. The roof top restaurant had an interesting view, but the food very pretty average and on Sat. gave us very casual service. However, the location is excellent for the Chartrons district.

Hotel was in a great location; room was very spacious and comfortable. Only things causing four stars are the a/c was underpowered leaving the room on the warmer side, the lighting was very low in the room, and the shower needed updating such that it leaked.

Finding it was a bit of a hassle. Parking was nearby but again we had to initially park illegally until someone explained where to park. As I go through life I’ve determined it’s almost always about ease of parking. Otherwise staff was friendly, room was fine but “River view” was a bit oversold. Not sure I stay here again as there are many other comparable options

This hotel was excellent. The rooms were spacious and very clean. All the facilities you could need. The reception staff were very helpful especially Stan who recommended bars and restaurants to eat. The parking was easily located however was pricey.

This was a lovely hotel. It is a bit older but the amenities were great! The king bed was very comfortable. The shower had great pressure and lots of hot water. The desk reception staff were very friendly and informative. We were very happy with our stay.

Lovely hotel, room was spotless. Minor issues with service at the rooftop restaurant as it took the staff an incredibly long time to take our food and drink orders on the two days that we stayed. During checkout the staff member tried to charge us again for the stay despite already paying.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and were so impressed. The staff were welcoming and kind, the bed was enormous and very comfortable and our room was lovely. The air con was fantastic especially during the heat wave and the staff were so caring and ensured everyone was drinking enough water to stay hydrated. Will definitely return!

A very nice stay at Hotel Indigo Bordeaux

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Indigo Bordeaux Centre. It is located in a quieter location, next to the river with several wonderful dining areas around the corners. The older city section is 15 minutes walking distance so it makes for a very convenient location. The Hotel is a very comfortable modern hotel with lovely vistas of older sections of Bordeaux. The rooftop bar and restaurant is excellent for event cocktails, breakfast and dinners. The staff was always helpful and professional.
