"The room and property were clean and comfy. The staff was great. My only complaint is that there is no fan in the bathroom to disperse the shower steam and there is only one outlet near the sink for blow drying hair and using electric razors, straighteners etc. Other than that the location is great etc. "

Entonces mi habitación original me quedaba más cerca de mis comodidades y la habitación mejorada estaba lejos de mis comodidades. Me hicieron perder un día de jakussi porque tenía un evento que no me habían avisado. Y luego me decían que yo no debería estar molesto porque me dieron una mejora, a la cual respondí, que era una mejora que jamás solicité. Yo me habría quedado con mi primera habitación a 2 metros del jakussi. Pocos profesionales. Me quedé 10 días y ningún día limpiaron el baño. Camas durísimas. "Beginning the day before we arrived, the staff was so attentive. They accommodated my last minute request for a dinner reservation, and the location for our room. We stayed on the upper level of the Tiki Tower. Room was spacious. Housekeeping great. We would have loved a balcony, but we booked late and only Tiki Tower rooms were available. The motel style entrance was different from what we’re used to, but it worked out fine. Easy access to pool, lobby, Tiki Bar, and beach. Pool area had plenty of chairs, and excellent food/beverage service. Lots of umbrellas for shade too. Music was even great! Beach was lovely, but there was a large pipe running the length of the beach. So you can’t see the water from the beach chairs. You can still walk over the pipe to the shoreline. Beautiful sunset views and dolphins too. We ate at Tiki Bar and Drift - both excellent. The live music at the beach near Tiki Bar was fun too. The shuttle to and from St Armand’s was also super convenient. "

"First of all, we were given our room key- when we got to the room we opened the door, and the bed was all unmade and messed up. Then we looked around and someone's stuff was everywhere. This was about 10:00pm. Luckily no one was in the room, but we could have easily walked off with all of their valuables. She had told us the wrong room and given us the key for that room. When we finally got to the correct room, it was disgusting. I am not picky. As long as a room is clean, I don't mind it being old. This was both. I had also booked a room with 2 double beds. This had one double bed, it said it was a queen, but there is no way. I have only left a hotel once about 30 years ago due to it being dirty etc. We could not stay here. First of all there were two of us sharing a room and it only had one double bed. It also was old and dirty. The photos are NOTHING like the hotel looks. Even if it was clean I old put up with the rust on all of the towel bars etc, the old old furniture, the gross ceiling and dirty walls, but it was dirty. This in addition to not feeling safe as we were worried that someone else might get our key. The girl at the desk was nice, but this is not somewhere I would ever stay and if I couled give it even less stars, i would."
