Nice place for families in the heart of Old City

Easy to find with a little help! Super responsive hosts. Kitchen was perfect with a huge fridge. Lovely views from roof top!

We never found the Hotel, the people we communicated with gave us address to pick up the key, but when we got to the address no people was there. we had to cancel and find another room in Rosh Pina This Hotel should never be on Hotel.com

Please let me know what is going on with my refund. It's already 2 weeks Expedia trying to contact with hotel. I need my money back plus compensation for this service. I slept 2 night in the car with my sick wife and I AM 82. The hotel was close and phone was disconnected.
