Check in time was 2pm I arrived at the property at 5:30 pm. Checked into the room with no clean towels only one bed made and no working toilet. I asked for towels at the front desk and was advised they were still being washed and would be delivered to the room. At 9 pm had to go back to the front desk and ask for the towels.

Rooms were dirty. Tv did t work. No smoke detector. Bed was a full at most where we booked a queen. Cups were not plastic covered and we switched to a room that was worse. Broken curtains, stains on the furniture and water damage and the walls. Breakfast consisted on only plain bagels and dry cereal. Only forks were provided with no milk or any juice. People outside all night yelling at each other and the staff was nonchalant about the whole ordeal. Would not recommend this place ever to anyone.

The property was cheap. There were no towels in the room. There was a dog in the next room that barked all night. For breakfast, there was only bread, jam, milk and orange juice along with coffee. There was no option to make tea in the room. I had to ask for towels. I got what I paid for. More care could be given to the hotel. Not to forget there was a dirty fridge in the room that was not working.

I do no know what's going on with this place

This was seriously the weirdest hotel stay I have experienced. Check in was bizarre. I was in line behind two other people. The folx checking us in were running around behind the counter talking to each other and not recognizing any of us. The person that was supposed to check us in answered the phone and helped them out before actually acknowledging any of us. When I got to the front and said this experience was weird I was not heard at all. It was so weird. I don't even know how to quantify the weirdness! Also, the breakfast made no sense. There was no coffee. I gotta stop here because I don't have to time to continue with this. I will not be going back. I hope they figure it out. I'm doubtful.

We ordered a king and got a full… Also there was no furniture, towels, or breakfast. This was the definition of a rip off. It smelt like zaza all the time. There was no attendant after 10pm. The cards barely worked. The only upside is that they had a Tv. I wish I spent the extra $40 and went somewhere else.

It was so bad that partway through my stay I moved to another hotel and gave up two prepaid nights. Property: run down, dirty, broken. Water began leaking through the lobby ceiling halfway through my stay. Elevator makes an alarming bump and noise when reaching the third (top) floor. Other guests: low class. Dog was let out to urinate unattended on the third floor balcony before it entered its owner’s room door that was standing ajar, children screaming, general sense of people with hard luck, smokers on the walkways. Rooms: FOUR of them smelled terrible. I reluctantly accepted the best of them after back and forth with the front desk. No refrigerator in the first (not accepted) room. Room: bed acceptable, clean enough. General sense of dirt and disrepair throughout the room. No “do not disturb” door hang-tag available, even after asking at the front desk. Keycard stopped working twice requiring replacement. No bath-stopper in the tub. Hot water kept going briefly to cold, then hot, then too hot. Refrigerator froze all contents, boiling multiple soda cans and exploding one, but the fridge temperature adjustment-dial was missing, so I could not rectify it. I don’t know if it was the smelly room, but I developed a sore throat and runny nose while there. Breakfast: surprisingly, they had protein. Sausage okay, though seemed a bit low quality, and I felt a little disturbed wondering about it given my feelings about the property. Eggs were poorly fried, and weird somehow.

Spend a few extra bucks and stay elsewhere.

You get what you pay for. There was a serious leak under the sink, which I told them about 3 different times, and it never got fixed. I figured if they didn't care, why should I. The internet was poor and not working most of the time. The breakfast was prison like food and house keeping didn't stop by once during my 5 day stay. I had to buy my own TP, Kleenex and washcloth. The room only had 2 bath towels.
